Location
Room was so dirty sheets had stains on them window screen was ripped a/c was missing knobs. Told staff looks like someone had a dog in room there was pet hair on bed I don’t see how anyone would approve of the condition this room was in It was so bad we canceled room on the spot and booked another room.in a different location.

room was ocean front, king size bed . lovely. Only thing is they need to make sure that all is in working order.. I had to ask them to come up 4 times on the first day. Not worth the $300 a night. No coffee maker, no microwave. But in spite of all that it still was a lovely stay.
4 times had to call manager on first day to fix things. no microwave no in room coffee maker. For $300 + a night they could do better.

We spent our anniversary and it did not disappoint! The room was clean and the location was great, we enjoyed people watching from the balcony as well. We will definitely be back for anniversaries to come!
The stairs were a bit much, the elevator was out of order. :)

The location is right in the fray of the boardwalk on Ocean Blvd. Great for that at least.

The room was clean. It's right across from beach.
Ignore the pictures on web site showing balcony and beautiful views of ocean. Only 6 rooms have balconies with views. The other 30 + rooms are up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor with NO elevator. About 110 square feet of space, 2 windows with air conditioner in one. The other window looked out on another building. Checking in on first day was tricky...no parking for check in, parking for hotel is 2 streets over with a pass. Be sure to ask for parking pass. No one works the front desk, you ring a bell and he comes over from hotel next door. We were exhausted just from check in. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we payed for ($248) per night. My wife didn't feel safe with only 1 exit and being on 3rd floor. Everything about the stay was uncomfortable and too much work. No ice machine. Some extra toilet paper was left in lobby. Yea.
