We spent our anniversary and it did not disappoint! The room was clean and the location was great, we enjoyed people watching from the balcony as well. We will definitely be back for anniversaries to come!
The stairs were a bit much, the elevator was out of order. :)

Mattress was horrible. So hard like sleeping on a rock. Bugs in the room.

Parking was a challenge but the manager found me a space.
The soundproofing between the room wasn't as good as it should be since I heard people arguing for hours.

room was the size of a shoe box, with a flat twin mattress. rug and chair both had stains all over. credit card got hacked minutes after checking in.

The location is right in the fray of the boardwalk on Ocean Blvd. Great for that at least.
One of the beds was as hard as bricks and I didn't get any sleep. And the shower stall is too small for anyone but petite.

The room was clean. It's right across from beach.
Ignore the pictures on web site showing balcony and beautiful views of ocean. Only 6 rooms have balconies with views. The other 30 + rooms are up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor with NO elevator. About 110 square feet of space, 2 windows with air conditioner in one. The other window looked out on another building. Checking in on first day was tricky...no parking for check in, parking for hotel is 2 streets over with a pass. Be sure to ask for parking pass. No one works the front desk, you ring a bell and he comes over from hotel next door. We were exhausted just from check in. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we payed for ($248) per night. My wife didn't feel safe with only 1 exit and being on 3rd floor. Everything about the stay was uncomfortable and too much work. No ice machine. Some extra toilet paper was left in lobby. Yea.

I liked the location and the staff, shout out to Buddy!! NIGHT WATCH MAN! … it’s a little loud at night in the area but I’m ok with that.
