wifi didn’t reach bedroom too well. Bed and pillows not as comfortable, AC didn’t reach the room too well . Edit** we were upgraded to a suite helped by an agent from both booking and Candlewood. As my original booking was with parking through booking.com, no one informed me my upgraded suite would not include the parking therefore they charged me for it. When trying to get assistance, they will tell you that although it is on booking, they will still charge you for parking separately. It is unfortunate because I really did like this location

Its nearness to Disneyland and has bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very spacious too.

Close to restaurants and parking was safe with a guard all night. Area was safe and walking distance to Disneyland

Location, facilities and staff.

The tap in the shower was leaking, we were 4 and the twins bed were small. House keeping did not come on 2 days and we had to call them and finally no free parking.

15 mins walk to Disneyland Parks and a short walk to a nearby 7-11 and the mall too. Staff are friendly and helpful (including the security staff). Will definitely stay here again.

The elevators is kinda slow but thats not really a big issue :)
