Excellent hot water. Very spacious room. A large number of cable channels. Excellent room refrigerator. Great A/C, Great location for a variety of restaurants.

The room at least had a bed and a working door lock.

Not a great neighborhood. No coffee maker in room, no coffee available in lobby. Other occupants seemed to be long-term, there was loud banging on the door of a nearby room early in the morning. Loud traffic on HWY 99 50 feet from my door, loud exhaust, loud car stereos.

Bed was clean and comfortable.

The place reeked of cigarette smoke and looked like it had not been cleaned in a few years. I actually had to check out as soon as I checked in and get another hotel because my asthma was acting up.
