Property itself is very nice.
The rooms and hallway into the room were absolutely dirty, not clean at all. They changed the bedding and sent her to the next people. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, tub and shower. The entrance walkway was full of grime, dirt and hair.

Camas incomodas, cocina poco dotada, cuarto lleno de CUCARACHAS!!! Y ahora cobran 18 dolares de parqueo, lo cual no dice aqui en la pagina de booking.

La apatía de los empleados, la limpieza y servicio es pésimo, nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación. Nunca cambiaron ni sábanas ni toallas, mucho menos las sábanas

The property is nice, however the amenities & electronics need to be updated. Especially the television.
I didn’t appreciate the way the overnight staff dealt with an issue that was brought to their attention. Upon my arrival, I noticed the television was not working. I advised the front desk of the issue as nothing was done to accommodate me. They did nothing. The inconvenience of staying in a room without a working television felt like a prison. No one followed up with me regarding the issue. I called numerous times to see if I could talk to a manager or supervisor as no one got back with me regarding the issue. I wasn’t compensated with anything for the inconvenience. The front desk needs better training. The way the front desk handled the situation was similar to motel quality. They didn’t care at all. I didn’t expect that level of service from the Provident Blue. My review would probably been different if someone would have reached out to me. No empathy was shown at all.

Staff was friendly and responsive.
Unfortunately our room was not ready when we got there. Once we got the room we had other issues but staff worked to get them resolved. Also couldn't enjoy the outdoor space as very loud AC units running right outside our room. Room was okay was expecting a little nicer based on photo seen on website.

Love that it had a full kitchen, tvs everywhere including in the washroom, jacuzzi tub, 2 washrooms, spacious unit for a family, loved the pool area. Staff were very nice and quick to respond and send someone for room service and repairs.
Master bed wasn’t so comfortable, sofa bed either for the kids, freezer door wasn’t working so our food went bad, microwave oven wouldn’t heat anything up for several minutes, tv had to be repaired, hotel looks kinda looked like a motel and was far from downtown.

The size of the rooms and location were perfect. Our stay was filled with great memories. OMG the size of the bathroom was awesome.
Hot water in the whirlpool and shower didn’t get hot. We had to call for maintenance, and if you moved the shower head water would go over the glass door and wet up the entire bathroom floor. The only person that spoke English was the front desk staff. No business center, however the front desk helped out with printing documents needed.

The room was a decent size. However not clean at all. Poor service from the front desk and maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel entirely ruined what we did like.
Seamen on walls and bed. Bugs everywhere. Clearly not cleaned deeply. Cleaners only came every 3 days. They did not provide enough toilet paper or soaps for our stay. Towels had weird orders to them. Bed was dirty and disgusting. Called to have the sheets changed and had to call 4 times before someone actually came. Ants everywhere, even on the bed. Giant roaches in our room. We did not leave food out to attract bugs, the bugs were just always there from the moment we checked in. Did not give dishwashing soap for the dishwasher so we couldn’t even wash the dishes or pots and pans and we questioned how clean everything was because everything was in such poor condition.

I loved the size of the room..the cleaness of the room ..the area where the room was located...it was alot of stores near by..
The bugs in the bathrooms and on the nightstand was terrible but after wiping down with Clorox wipes it sort of went away..

The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for a family of 5 and the pool was great.

The chubby front desk worker with glasses was rude as heck. When he handed he the room key just said here. Not explaining the the room are a 10 minute walk, didn't offer transportation even though they had one. So check in was horrible.

The room was exceptionally clean and just as pictured. The room location was perfect not too far from the pool and very close to parking lot. The hotel location was great right across the street from Downtown Doral. It was was quiet clean and well kept.
The lighting in the room was a bit low and confusing. The matress on the sofa needs to be replaced you can feel the springs on it when you lay down.

Price-wise, this property was typical for a 3-3.5* in Miami. The location was excellent, downtown Doral, in a lovely, walkable area. Since it's downtown, there are lots of restaurants and some shopping. We went out on a Sunday night, and the restaurant where we had reservations, was packed. The amenities are nice and the property is secure with a barrier gate. We got there a bit earlier and they accommodated us in our room. We then jumped in the pool where there were barely any people. It was a perfect day. Our daughter couldn't get enough of it. They provide nice chez lounges and towels. At the end of the day, we walked across the street to a really lovely Tapas restaurant. All in all, even though it was a one-night stay, it was a great stay to be repeated.
My wife said that a bug of some kind landed on her at night, in room 113 or 13 on the main floor not far from the pool.

Room was spacious. With 2 bathrooms
The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The pans for cooking are not pans for a hotel. Even though we stayed just one night my daughter wantef something to be warmed up in a pan. Everything sticks and burns. The check in front desk person , he was kind of cool not feeling the warm welcome.

The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The hotel grounds were also impressive, with a beautiful pool and spa area.
I was disappointed to find cockroaches in my suite. it did affect my overall experience. I would advise the hotel to take measures to prevent future pest problems.

Very nice spacious rooms. Full kitchen with soft close drawers. 2 bathrooms was also really nice.
The pool was pretty dirty. Lots of stuff and bugs in the water. The shower water was way too hot and hard to get cooler. No towels at the pool the second day I went.

I visit this hotel because it was relaxing,I loved the the cleanliness and the jetted tubs. However, this stay I was very disappointed with not being able to enjoy the jetted tub due to a hot water issue that maintenance address but didn’t fix and there were ants everywhere. I couldn’t enjoy my food because the ants got to it first.
