Le grande chambre, assez proche de l’aéroport (35$ en taxi) & bonne qualité de la literie.

Très déçue du petit déjeuner. Peu de choix & pas de qualité. J’ai laissé les 3/4 de mon assiette.

There was nothing that stood out. The place was poorly kept

The room was not set up, the bathroom had mold in the shower, and the towel were bad they looked old and overused. The receptionist was not friendly, and she was never at the desk. Then, at one point, they say they can't do room charge. Everything has to be cash. Nowhere to sit for the breakfast, and the ladies didn't even help with anything. This was awful.

Clean and comfortable

After our 10 hour flight we waited for the hotel shuttle bus. We rang them to make sure it was coming . We waited from 14.45 to 16.30 and had to get a taxi to the hotel eventually, it cost us $48. Not happy with that.

O café da manhã é muito fraco. Deixa a desejar bastante. Além de ter poucas opções, só serve de 6 às 8 da manhã.

Overall a good hotel that met my expectations. Neat, clean, friendly staff and close to the airport.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Já estive no hotel em 2020 e o café da manhã era bem melhor.

Extra borg betalen van 100$. Nog niet terug.. Kamer vol met vlekken.. (bloed op de bank en op het laken?) Airco maakt te veel herrie. Ook als hij uit staat. Hotel heeft TLC nodig.

The location was close to the Airport . The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet.

The room was not very clean and the carpet was heavily stained . We had to ask for the room to cleaned on the first morning of our stay as there was visible dirt and dust on the floor and carpet . The towels were well used and very grey from constant washing . They has become threadbare and some had small holes . The door to the bathroom was a sliding door which also doubled as the wardrobe door . It kept jamming and had to be pulled hard to get it to move. If anyone was at the wardrobe and someone opened the bathroom door it would hit them . The breakfast was limited in choice and not very appealing. Chopped up hotdog and lumpy scrambled egg ,bread for toasting or a limited choice of dry cereal Also the use of polystyrene plates, cups and single use cutlery is definitely not sustainable and bad for the environment as it all goes to landfill The hotel offers an airport shuttle service however when I called the hotel to arrange pickup the receptionist could not tell me where I could actually meet it and was not very helpful . It was the same person who checked us in after we had to get our own taxi to the hotel and was not very nice and seemed totally disinterested when I said it to her about the shuttle. She could have been a bit nicer

The bed was very comfortable and cozy and the security measures at the hotel is impressive

Breakfast can improve and there were a deposit fee that we did not know about, until we arrive at the hotel after paying the hotel in full before arrival. This should be communicated Toni's before not after.

The room was great. Unfortunately we had to leave to catch flight before breakfast but I’m sure it was great.

Clean. Bed very comfortable.

No drapes, only a very thin blind so the room was light at night from the street lights and a lot of light waking you up first thing in the morning. That is the biggest complaint. Toilet paper holder broken. Very small towels. Breakfast ok but no forks or knives. They were out of salt.
