Beautiful hotel, friendly staff

Reception staff was friendly and welcoming

The property is old especially the rooms, carpets, towels, washrooms

Not sufficient charging stations for electric car. Only 3 statins available. And of course having 3 dipstick guests who let their cars charging for 10 hours plus didn’t help.

Good location and hygene is ok but not under the beds

There's no free WiFi, very stange for 2023. We went to 15 hotels in the usa and this one was the only one without free wifi. Parking has to be paid sepparatly. Rooms were noizy, the airco makes a loud zoom even when turned off.

It needs updates. Looks modern but carpets stained, stains in showers AC was awful room never cooled off even after maintenance. Had to ask for courtesy water even though we're Bonvoy members

Trouble with the Bathtub drain backing up. The issue wasn't resolved during my stay. Housekeeping could have been more responsive too.

I like the room service

Room was big, staff both at the front desk and bar were exceptional. Really went out of thier way. Room was very clean. Toiletries were very nice.

Couldn't get the room to cool down, 1 coffee in the room and I had a super early morning. Took a long time to get hot water going in the shower.

Cleanliness

Didn’t include a microwave but would be a nice addition to the rooms. Booked 2 queen beds and got 1 king instead. No breakfast included in price despite there being 2 restaurants on sight which was unfortunate for semi-high pricing. Some staff was unfriendly.

There were plenty of amenities.

The room was clean and satisfactory. We were overnighting prior to catching a cruise so the location was nice. The staff were nice.

We booked a suite with late checkin. On arrival, our suite had been sold and they refunded the difference. Breakfast was good but it should not take 45 minutes from the time the coffee is out with order taken, for breakfast to arrive.

Nancy was so lovely and even remember my name, very personal touch.
