Staff was very nice.

Used bar of soap in the shower drain upon arrival, and overall cleanliness not great.

Needed more choices for continental breakfast like yogurt, variety of juices, stronger coffee, cocoa packets and some fruit.

Fridge wasn't stable, fabric curtain was dingy and tub needed double curtains. New paint would lighten up the room.

The bed was very cozy and there was a fridge and microwave that came in handy. The bathroom was also nice and tidy when we arrived.

When I first entered the lobby no one was there and I had to come back later. The second time going there was someone there but he told us the system wasn't working so we had to wait 30 more minutes but once we were actually given our room key we were pleasantly surprised.

THE TOILET WAS CLEAN

"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE & SO IS LOCATION. PEOPLE DEALING IN THE PARKING LOT! I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO KEEP THE RESERVATION HERE BC "EVERYTHNG" WAS SOLD OUT IN A 10 MILE RADIUS BC OF HPU MOVE IN. SHEETS AND QUILT WAS STAINED, AC HAD TO BE TURNED ON FROM MAIN OFFICE NO BATTERIES IN THE TV REMOTE (AND CANT TURN ON MANUALLY ).... I GOT MY TRAVEL BLANKET OUT OF MY CAR AND PUT IT ON THE SIDE CHAIR & MY FEET ON THE DESK CHAIR SLEPT FOR 3 HOURS WITH THE LIGHTS ON AND DOOR BOLTED! LEFT AS SOON AS I COULD AND SHOWERED IN MY DAUGHTERS DORM ROOM. HOW THEY GOT A 7 ON A RATING MUST BE FROM THE GUYS THAT FLASHED ME THEIR GUN IN THE PARKING LOT! STAY IN GREENSBORO OR ARCHDALE! OR AT THE MARRIOTT IN HIGH POINT! UNFORTUNATELY, BY THE TIME WE GOT TO HIGH POINT AS I SAID EVERYTHING WAS SOLD OUT! I USUALLY STAY AT THE GRANDOVER OR MARRIOTT AND FOR JUST A TAD MORE MONEY!! BELIEVE ME EVEN IF I WANTED TO I WOULDN'T POST PICS OF THIS PLACE!

The rooms are a bit smelly and old. The A/C leaked in 2 different rooms. We had to change rooms bc the door wouldn't lock!
