I liked that it was pet-friendly. It was close to the interstate and gas station. staffed seemed friendly. checking in and out was pretty hassle-free.

I wish I didn't stay here. my door had no locks, the deadbolt didn't seem to line up and the chain lock had been removed from the door. I only stayed one night so I wasnt going to ask to be moved to another room ( I was tired and lazy, also traveling with 2 cats) I put a chair in front of the door just in case and reported the lock issue to the fella that checked me out in the morning.

Comfortable and clean room with working bathroom and ok shower with adequate water pressure.

Nothing, it is just a little far out in the country.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, as best they could be.

Room was musty and Smokey. Bathroom didn’t have any room to put stuff. Several days our room was not cleaned during the day. No breakfast because of Covid, but perhaps a small individual snack could be offered. We stayed 10 nights, so a little more effort would have been appreciated.

The bug infestations and VERY RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF. STILL NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK

Advertised breakfast, GOT NOTHING!! Complained and the excuse was corporate issue.

A manager who isn't responsible enough to respond and acknowledge the incident report I HAD to write because reception didn't know how! Injury that required medical treatment!

The room had a bad smell and a odor in the room.

The view and it was very very very nice and the smell just was so wonderful and I love the way all the entrances or close and secure the best way it is and the staff are just very sweet and very nice

Convenient location on west side of town.

If you’re a non-smoker, avoid this place. The hallways and common area reek of cigarette smoke, as did my non-smoking room since the smoke seeped in. Really unpleasant, even after I opened the window.
