The staff are so nice. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is fabulous! I will stay here every time I go to Columbus.

The color that they painted the bottom of the pool makes it look dirty and my kids would not swim in it.

The staff was unfriendly. We had a group that was trying to hang out. The courtyard had too many bugs and weeds to be of use. We were chased out of the inside area. Unreal treatment for a group spending more than a thousand dollars for a night.

We traveled a hour outa our way for their kiddy pool for our toddlers. Website said pool was open. Booking said there was a pool. Got here and the pools closed. Strong sewer smell in room and hallways.

We stay here quite a bit. I have family in the area and my kids look forward to "the pirate ship hotel." As far as Ramadas go, this place is always very clean, offers a wonderful breakfast and feels very safe. The pool is great for kids.

They do let outside people swim in the pool (for a fee) and at times you get unsupervised or rowdy kids (AND ADULTS) there. Make sure the pool is open before you book--we've made that mistake before. :)

Staff was friendly, room was nice except for the tub which was moldy and hair dryer was missing.

There was mold in the tub - I mentioned it to the desk person - so that they would be aware and have it cleaned for the next guest. Front desk person was very friendly and offered a discount for the stay even though I did not ask for one - I just wanted staff to be aware as the mold was in the crease of the wall that was not visible unless you were at eye level. We were unable to bathe my grandchildren. No discount was applied to my account as promised by the front desk clerk.
