My husband and I are here 4 times a year and as always everything and everyone was exceptional! Certainly our home away from home!

Disappointed to learn that the 10th floor roof top area is for owners only. I feel for the price paid per night, this area was an excellent amenity for all to utilize.

We liked the fact that we were given a number to text if we needed anything at all instead of calling a number which can be annoying at times. They responded very quickly to the text messages in a respectful manner. The staff were respectful to my child ( 14 years old). They pointed out the amenities that he was able to use and not able to use which was great, it took the guess work out for me and saved us from a meltdown. They were also very nice, and kept the hotel clean and rooms stocked.

The woman at the desk was exceptional. She was one of the best I have encountered-- even remembered my name the next tine I saw her. I had a glitch at check-in (no record of my reservation- even after showing my confirmation number), but she remained calm and kept reassuring me that I would have a room, of the same 'caliber' of the one I had reserved.

The elevators were super slow. The room coffee was pretty horrible.

The room furnishings were good. I liked the little mini kitchenette. I also liked the dresser for extra storage. The staff was super friendly and the lobby and room smelled pleasant.

Where to start. The frame for one of the beds was extending approximately 6" out further than the mattress and boxspring. This was somewhat of a tripping hazard and I was concerned about stubbing my foot. I did not realize this could be adjusted and 3 nights into my 5 night stay they cleaned my room and adjusted the frame so It did not stick out any longer. The room could use a slightly better cleaning. Extremely visible dust could be seen around the shelf the microwave sits on. The walls are paper thin. I was traveling alone for a conference at another Hilton a few hotels down. It was very frustrating they placed me in a room with families on either side of me. The first night there were multiple children in the room on one side jumping up and down on the beds screaming well past midnight. The remainder of my stay there was a family on the other side of my room with two children. I could hear everything, nursery rhyme music playing, crying, etc. also past 11pm. The hotel needs to do a better job of grouping families together and putting travelers who are either traveling alone or even adults grouped together whether it be opposite ends of the floor or separate floors. Also the iron in the room seemed to have some issues and ruined a pair of my pants.

Overall the room was nice and the view was beautiful

The staff and I guess the malfunctions that kept us from getting to our dinner reservations in time. We had 3 keys fail on us when checking in which caused us to miss our dinner reservations. We explain to the staff that if we keep waiting for the problem to be fixed we would miss it..and we did..while waiting for the keys we were basically forced to listen to a lady trying to sell a timeshare..oh yall might wanna add a clause to the reservation about the extra 200.00 hold on their credit cards

It was very clean , beach was right there.. I loved that they had a 21+ pool & spa area. The Valet staff was absolutely amazing.

I liked the bed and pool area

The 21+pool wasn't watched so kids got in. And the kids pools wasn't advertised nor enough signs for it. I also didn't like my water in my room took over 45 minutes to get warm and I talked to the hotel staff about it and all that could be offered to me was a different room with no guarantee that water would be better. My sheets was also semi stained not a lot but I noticed some. I also didn't have a do not disturb sign.

I love how the room was like an apartment. It was nice and clean and right on the beach. Even though I didn't bring my kids this time It had a nice big playground that was located right on the beach in the back of the hotel by the boardwalk. Everything is in walking distance with lots of restaurants, Ice cream shops and pizza spots to eat. We will definitely be back next summer with the kids!

I booked the partial Ocean view and there was no view at all. Usually when I booked partial I can actually see the ocean but I couldn't at this hotel. I was on the 13th floor and you had to be hanging off the balcony just to see a piece of the ocean. I would suggest just getting a ocean view if you expect to see the ocean.

There are nice two indoor pools and two outdoor pools which were the best for the family including our kids. Tiki bar was right next to the pool where we can order food and drinks, we can eat and drink by the pools. It’s also an amazing location for everything. The kid’s playground on the beach is right in front of the hotel as well. This hotel is the BEST for family. Great mood and atmosphere. Nice interior and very clean. Their amenities are amazing as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone and everyone. Anyone who books this hotel won’t regret a bit. Workers there are FANTASTIC, so nice and helpful from check in to check out. We are coming back to stay again for sure soon.

They only had two elevators and unfortunately for us on the day before our departure one of them stopped working and the one that was working took more than 30 minutes to get us down so guests were using the staff elevator instead. Many people were quite upset about the situation.

The location was amazing on the beach

The noise from the room next door 820a was horrible screaming children and screaming adults....also wanted 2 connecting rooms for myself and my 3 teenage sons but couldnt accomadate me so ended up with 2 small studios on floors 7 and 8

The smell on the 6th floor was unbearable, elevator was down, and most employees with the exception i Clarke were absolutely miserable.

Stuff was great , friendly and polite! The only thing we didn’t like was that the elevator was taking to long.. we waited like an hour to go down when we were cheking out just waiting on the elevator! My room door was really hard to open and closed! It would get stuck sometimes!!! And the toilet wasn’t working properly! The flushing handle was loose! And we used a bucket to put water whenever we used the restroom! Besides that pool was excellent really good for kids!! And the jacuzzi for adults was really good too!

When our shower broke facilities was very quick to fix it. The staff is very nice and gave us little goodie bags. The adults only hot tub is our favorite part about the hotel. The big fridge in the suites is also very nice to have.

The sheets were very scratchy. My boyfriend said the bed was very uncomfortable for him but I was fine. When we got there our shower didn’t work and when it did the pressure was very hard.

The location.

Coffee in the lounge. I know there was a coffee pot in the room but I would have preferred hot coffee with real cream. I walked from 34th street to 31st street to get coffees for our group.
