There was no mirror outside of the bathroom. I would have liked a table and chairs.

Amazing location, clean, comfortable, cozy rooms. In close proximity to nice restaurants.

The ocean view from our patio was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was very clean and charming. We really like the shower products provided. Especially the lemon scented body wash.

The water pressure in the showers could be better. We went in January it was cold in the room. Room only offers a small wall heater. However, the front desk gave us a small space heater, which worked very well.

The accessibility and cleanliness of the room was great!

The TV turned on/off on us twice and it was a little strange.

Very clean, great beds, good facilities for handicap showers and bath.

No information on area restaurants or nearby points of interest. Not much in the way of outside seating outside of room. Had only window view of air conditioners from next building. Could not get sufficient Wi-Fi in the room.

Loved room and patio area. Room not quite as above picture as soda at door so room not quite as spacious but well decorated and bathroom nice and spacious.

Not as illustrated on Hotel. Com or photo here but still nice room and positioned.

No AC but room had a fan and opening the door allowed for ocean breeze.

Rooms were not ready when we arrived even though we arrived after 4 pm. Staff seemed nonchalant about it but it put us behind for reservations we made.

Location location location!

We received 3 messages after online checkin to see if we wanted to pay $134 to check in early and then 3 more texts after we arrived to pay $134 for a late checkout. Way too much oversell and for those prices we could have paid for another nights stay. … plugging in the coffee pot blew the breaker from every plug in the room and bathroom. Could have coffee while we were there.

Clean room.

The miscommunication between staff. Purchased a late check out option. I called to confirm prior, again when I got there and I got a rude message the day of that I needed to go pick up my bags and leave because it was part the 11:00am checkout. They failed to communicate and see that I had paid to check out at 2:30pm. This was not appreciated and made me very upset.

There was a noise from the fireplace chimney all night long that we told the staff about but was not fixed while we were there. The tub would not hold water to actually use as a tub and the shower head barely gave out any water.

The property is in a lovely location. Jeremy on reception was lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The check in process was very good.

I felt the property was a little overpriced. The room was nice, but I feel it was rather soulless, it needed a few more soft furnishings, cushions, rugs to make it a bit more homely, it was nice and you can tell the hotel have tried, but haven’t got it quite right yet. The view of the carpark for the money I paid, which was over £300 for 1 night was not ideal, I had a view of dogs doing their business through the window. I have stayed in a lot of mid to high end properties and for this to be priced over £300, it needs something extra. Complementary water and maybe a continental breakfast should be included.

The proximity to the ocean was wonderful

I was led to believe the balcony upgrade would have a view, so I paid extra, and when I arrived, I couldn't upgrade to a view unless I did it with booking.com

It was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. this place was absolutely gorgeous and so comfy. I loved the fire place and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. I also loved how close it was to the beach and not to mention the heated pool. I would absolutely go back.
