The staff members were really nice. Greeted me at the door. I felt safe traveling alone to this hotel. Clean rooms, you can tell that this hotel takes pride in making sure their guest are comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was great close to everything I needed.
Not being able to check in both rooms early. Having a glitch with the hotel and booking.com. was told that my card did not go through and that I had not pre-paid for the room. I had proof of my payment to American Express. That was disturbing to be told that I had not paid. Thank goodness I had the proof. Still not sure I was not charged twice. I have to review the receipts that I just received.

Big spacious rooms with large fridge, microwave and sink. The gym was also descent

As soon as I entered as I was greeted with my name on the LCD screen this is first time I had such a lovely greeting from the hotel ! Kudos for such a lovely welcome ! Thank you

Love the location! It's literally across the parking lot of Dillard's in the Stonebriar Mall!! Facilities were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good.

The size of the room and the comfortable beds were nice.
The elevator needs updating/fixing in a major way. We didn’t get to enjoy the comfortable beds because there was a loud thud that went on all night long that startled us every time it happened… turns out it was the elevator. The front desk clerk also gave guests who were checking in our room number so around midnight we were startled by people trying to get into our room. My kids were terrified the entire time we stayed here and no one got any sleep! Breakfast was also just mediocre as well.

Lack of housekeeping. For $100+ a night they should come change towels etc also pillows were stinky :( and shower needs a hand sprayer so you can get rinsed.
