Beds were pretty comfortable

The booking details was wrong. I was under the impression that I would have a fireplace inside my room but the room is smaller than a studio for the price of $300, no kitchen or anything that the description stated before I booked for my birthday. My husband even requested for something special to be set up in the room as a surprise for my birthday and the property even confirmed they would and nothing. In the middle of my stay the entire hotel electricity went off. No ac. No heat. No lights or anything for a long time. I tried to order room service and my order went through but canceled without my knowledge.

Love the overall cleanliness and comfortableness of the room esp the bed.

My only complaint, I booked a Jr Suite but was put in a king room instead.

Modern looking

The information advertised on booking.com is WRONG! I reserved a king LOFT room that was to come with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a terrace. Our room did NOT have ANY of what was listed! I asked the front desk and was given a standard room and was told they don’t have loft rooms. LIARS! I checked out the hotel’s direct website and loft rooms with all the facilities listed on booking.com was advertised. I spoke with the front desk supervisor and was told i reserved and was charged for a standard room and would not move me to the loft room that i “originally” booked even though I showed my reservation. It was as if they didn’t care. They only provide refrigerator’s upon “request.” If that is the case, it should be LISTED AS SUCH and not promote that the room has a mini fridge! The “terrace” that is listed on some of the rooms DOES NOT EXIST except for the presidential suite (according to the front desk supervisor). DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! I feel like we were robbed from what I reserved. For over $300, we could have stayed somewhere else that included microwaves and fridges. I don’t know how it all happened but I would proceed with caution if you are looking into this hotel. I would book directly through hotel instead of using 3rd party if you really want to stay here. I think wrong info was given to booking.com and the hotel isn’t concerned with fixing the problem. Besides the whole mixup with receiving the wrong room, the room itself was dirty. Dust on the lamps, floor was dirty. The bed slept nice. The sink is right up against the wall so be prepared to bump your head if you need to spit out your toothpaste. The barn door separating the bathroom is nice but there’s no privacy. You can hear everything going on in the bathroom.

There was a charge for breakfast that we werent told about until they brought us the check. And the breakfast was not good.

Overall the look is industrial which what drew me to want to stay here. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the front desk everyone is great! Que was hilarious and great energy. Room was spectacular. We will be staying here again.

Love the architecture

Dinner took over an hour to get. They were not full at all but I believe there was one man cooking and delivering the food

I love the location, quick and easy to get to and no traffic.

The breakfast wasn’t as good…bacon was burnt and sausage had funny taste.

The fact that my door lock didn't work and I didn't realize for a full day and night. So not only were my possessions unsafe, my person was unsafe as I slept with the door unlocked the entire night. Also the safe didn't work in both rooms.

The room was to small, there was no fridge no microwave and the towels where super thin and rough

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the modern aesthetic, the room was very clean and the beds are super comfy. The rainfall showerhead and toiletries were lovely. The pool area is beautiful though we didn't use it on this stay. The staff was pleasant enough. Location is convenient.

The design of the bathroom is not very practical. The sliding barn door, and open air ceiling doesn't allow for much privacy. The size and shape of the bathroom sink is ridiculous. Water splashes out of the sink and all over the mirror even at a slow trickle, but if you accidentally turn the faucet up too high it will overshoot the sink and can make a mess quickly. The exposed plumbing is pretty noisy and we were woken up each time a neighboring room used the bathroom through the night.

The bed was comfortable and it had a nice TV.

The elevator was broken and would not stop at our floor when called, only when you were already in the elevator would it stop there. We had to use the stairs to go down and our room was across from the stairwell everyone used, the door to the stairwell banged shut. Water pressure in the shower was meh.

location and size of the room

The rooms were dimly lit with limited lamps and very few lights. the rooms consisted of cement and did not give a warm feeling and again were dark and truly felt unwelcoming. There were two disturbing incidents. 1. After visiting the front desk I requested linen for pullout coach, I was told someone would bring to our room. I never dreamed housekeeping would key themselves into not our room and attempt to walk into our room to drop off! 2. When my family and I we’re getting dressed at some point ‘maintenance’ knocked on door and asked to come in to check room I looked through peep hole as he was insistent I told him no, to come at another time…very odd! the rooms do not include a microwave and again not enough towels and face cloths for the 4 of us. Just disappointing on multiple levels!

stayed here twice in 3 weeks and shower gel dispenser is either empty or does not work

it was very clean and comfortable.

unfortunately no one checked the shampoo dispenser. it was totally empty. too late to get mine out of my suitcase. plus they had 2 events going on but they put me on the same floor and it was noisy as heck throughout the night. now I know to inquire about parties first.

Nothing special

I was staying there 5 nights and nobody came to clean my room until I came in front desk and complained.

It was clean.

Bed was uncomfortable, hard. Shower curtain was high and created a water puddle outside the shower. Sun shade inside the room kept getting stuck. The TV had a line when showing the image. They didn't have enough complimentary coffee in the room for 2 people. At check-in staff didn't explain the $20 charge for incidentals.

Had someone come into our room around 2am on our first night. Persons on staff where unable to give explanation. Manager still has not contacted me to address this situation. My contact information was provided
