I booked through booking.com and it said I can pay at the hotel but they called the day before my stay and said they needed to preauthorize the card before the stay but when I called they ended saying I need to pay before I got there to hold my room. Frustrating.

They have a great pool.

still a lot of outside noise could be heard in the rooms.

Beautiful hotel. We hired a wonderful family room, with all the comforts including kitchen, breakfast bar and living area. Very good breakfast. They also have coffee available in the lobby all day. Super helpful staff: We forgot our money in the room and contacted them by phone when we found out. They checked the room and held the money until we came back to get it.

Loved our stay. It was expensive but understandable as we were there for the Super Bowl. I would value the hotel at $240-270 on an average night and $380-420 on event nights (games, concerts)

Loved the coffee

Very nice…loved the setting and atmosphere if the hotel…rooms very well kept and nice loved the view from the room.

Only thing is beds is to close to the wall space and bathroom space is really small.

Clean rooms

I liked how modern and higher-end everything looked.

I noticed that some things weren’t as throughly cleaned as they could’ve been, but it was a very small list of those things that I could find.

not enough space at check in. it becomes very congested. was not able to enjoy breakfast as I left before it opened

Rate very high! Check in was late!!!

Breakfast was great, a lot of good variety. Room with covered balcony was awesome! Staff was very nice & helpful. Great shuttle service took us to local shopping, entertainment & restaurants.

The hot tub didn't have water in it & was roped off. :( I LOVE to enjoy a good hot tub, so that was a bummer, but we really enjoyed the pool! Would be nice to have the pool open till 11 pm.
