Room 411 wasn’t clean. The doorknob on the bathroom fell off, locking me inside. The microwave still had something in it. Under the bed was a lot of trash. There was candy in the corner of the room on the floor. There was only one wash cloth. The toilet kept running all night. In the morning I had to open the tank to get it to flush.

We were going to swim on Saturday night and my 17 year old made it down before I did. He was scorned by the man sitting on his computer playing games instead of behind the desk that the pool was closed. We had went down Friday night without any problems and was looking forward to a good swim after a long cold day.

Everything was pretty good staff was very friendly

Could use some updating in the bathrooms and furniture. Maybe a little more to choose from for breakfast

I almost always stay at this location when I’m booking a hotel. I’ve never had an issue before this stay. I don’t know if there’s a new owner but the location doesn’t look as clean as it use to.

Didnt have breakfast

The lady that checked me in was loud and rude.The room was not fresh and clean, there was no toilet paper in the room when I arrived. None of the housekeepers speak English so it took me quite a bit to get them to understand what I needed. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. ( Totally discusting)The refrigerator was not emptied. So we had someone elses food in the refigerator. There was one miniature bar of soap for two adults. The water in the tub came past my ankles when I showered. The water pressure was poor. They never came to give us fresh towels or empty our trash durimg our stay.

One bed was hard like something was broken underneath and second the sink was clogged all three nights with real dirty water, because there wasn't a maintenance person there on all three days that i was there.

Clean and spacious. They are pet friendly and that was important to us. Nice and quiet at night. We’ve stayed here before.

The only problem we had was with the toilet. It flushed very slowly and looked like it was going to overflow at one point.

The property is in good location and at affordable rate.

Only one elevator was working

I've never stayed in a hotel this dirty before. This place just needs to be shut down. Elevators have dirt on the floor and smelling bad odor. Breakfast was scarce and there was no fresh veggies or kosher poultry. Coffee was bad. I would consider staying again If it was quarter of the price what I've paid

Good location near freeway.

Entrance driveway not clearly marked. Complained twice about loud noise in room next to us. Was told they were moving rooms soon. Never happened. Still noise at 12:30a. Ridiculous.

The breakfast was good. They were understaffed so it wasn't being refilled as quickly as it may have but the selection was good. The value for the cost was good.

The hotel was dirty. The hallways had stuff all over. We didn't have a hot shower, it was barely warm. The hotel is just in need of touch up and repair. It is also "pet friendly" so the dog in the room across from us barked every time we went in and out and woke us up in the morning.

I like the cleanliness. It was a good price. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was poorly planned, should have more than one person on a Sunday. Bacon was very strange. Elevators are tiny. Booked two rooms for family, they apparently gave away the room next door so we stayed on two different floors. I had to fix the TV before we could get to watch it. (plug for refrigerator seemed to be causing interference for the tv so had to be unplugged for tv to work.

Room was very nice, very nice lobby and hotel room. Staff was great as well!

When pulling in the outside grass was knee high and was all fenced around the hotel so was worried at first. Hallway on the 2nd floor had a funk to it so was worried as well before walking into my room.

There was a power outage the one day that I was there and I had to do the stairs I know that was out of your control

It was good. There was not much enough waffle batter to serve everyone. When guest asked staff for more batter, associate stated she would not be bringing anymore out because breakfast time expires in 10mins. Some people were not able to eat 10 minutes before 10am

Fitness machines were not working. Both treadmills did not turn on. The medicine ball was deflated. There were no sanitary wipes. Also there were no towels in the gym. The toilet in my room clogged without good reason. There was nothing done by myself to provoke it. I was left without a toilet for 9hrs prior to check-out time. I had to another guest toilet in the morning.

The bed linen was stained upon arrival, we asked for new linen staff said they will bring it up and after a hour of waiting, went down to the desk to a staff member who said she forgot. the trash on the 5th floor by ice machine was overflowing for 2 days. The pool was dirty with hair and a film in it. after complaining to booking agent, I was told the pool was being cleaned at 2pm, ironically. the pool closed at 8 so we tried waiting to return once chemically safe but it was overcrowded. we were granted a late checkout at noon to try to enjoy the pool but after 20 min left due to it being unclean. the breakfast was unclean and unattended. no cups in the dusty gym with outdated equipment. never again

Location!

My room was not the cleanest..found a cup on the floor and a gummy worm and blood on our sheets. I had to go ask for clean bed linens. The pool water was dirty had hair floating everywhere. The grounds were dirty with trash. Hallways and elevators were dirty as well staff was just sitting around. Doors slamming all night.
