Location and comfort.

No valet, night staff was dismissive and rude. I look forward to staying at Hyatt regency location, however, this one was not up to the usual standard.

Beds very clean & comfortable, nice pillows. Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful. Spacious room! clean pool , nice warm hot tub,

thermostat not working in the room, we were cold at night. (staff gave us tower “heating” also there was only one working washer & one dryer for guests on all 8 floors. manager offered to launder my items (very few pieces of clothing) which was so very kind & appreciated. however the next shift wasn’t aware of my clothes & they weren’t put in the dryer. i called front desk after 2.5 hours & clothes weren’t dry yet. when clothes were delivered they were still damp. Also breakfast at the Pub on site was very poor quality. i got bagel to go, upon opening container bagel was burnt & charred. sausage links were tough and greasy. i received a refund for both. No free coffee here.. only available coffee is from the kitchenette on site at almost $5 for one cup.

Hotel located in a commercial zone

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and someone was at the room handing them to my family before I even had a chance to go back upstairs. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Beautiful facility and convention rooms. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked very nice.

Gated parking is an extra charge. It makes sense given the location, but it would have been nice to know in advance. We were there for a convention and didn't have any reason to leave the hotel for the whole weekend, but it did not to appear to be the kind of neighborhood where a person would want to go for a walk alone after dark.

Wonerful pool, hot tub and gym facilities, all very clean. The chef went out of his way in the restaurant at breakfast to meet our dietary restrictions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable.

We had to pay for parking but it was only $10. The room was also a little cold, but when we called the front desk a tall space heater and extra blankets were brought up to us quickly and cheerfully.

Pool was nice. The hotel was big and beautiful.

They did not have air. It was 77 in the room. They claimed engineering would come up to help but they never did. Opened the window and got the room down to 74.
