Room was nice & clean. Maid service is honest & helpful. My sister left her cellphone behind and the maid service found it & turned it in.

Wasn't advised of the charge for pet until after I checked in.

The door had gaps where daylight could be seen and bugs Got in literally room wasn't cleaned good at all the comforter had cigarette burn in a non smoking room sheets had hours on them towels weren't clean had stains could definitely use some help getting these issues fixed

Convenient location. Hvac unit was relatively quiet. Plenty of towels

Bathtub filthy. No iron in room. Breakfast not on time. Thankfully there was a Mcdonalds next door. Old mattress propped up outside of room with "free" sign on it. Power went out in middle of the night therefore no heat. Room got cold! No concession or apologies offered at checkout. No extra blankets in room. Not the caliber of other Super 8's I'v e stayed in.

The price was good based on the location and size of the room. The management was quick to move us to the other side of the building once we alerted them to the unacceptable condition of the first room.

The first room had bedbugs. We found 5 in various areas around the room within 10 mins of coming back from dinner. The mini fridge freezer compartment was full of frost and there was mold in the bathroom around the fixtures. There were cigarette burns in the blankets. Our second room was better, but the paint on the ceiling was flaking and falling down on us in the bathroom.

I got there I had booked a room and they said I hadn’t so I then I left and got going to another place to stay and they tried to charge my card anyway I had to use Airbnb for my stay

the size of the room

pool was not open ,no hot breakfast and the tv was not working so employee was in the room for over a hour fixing it we had not planned on having a employee in the room with us after checking in

We booked the room with our credit card using booking.com. When we arrived less than 30 mins later (after 12+ hours on the road), the front desk gave our room away to another traveller that arrived without a reservation, saying that the room had not been prepaid, so they gave it away. We were never given the option to prepay, but needed to give our cc# to hold the room. This is utterly unacceptable. We will never stay at a Super 8 again.

They only had coffee juice and cinnamon rolls

Everything. It looked nothing like the pictures online. It smelled. All linen dirty. Room dirty ceiling in bathroom fell while showering, no coffee pot. No hairdryer. Nothing It stated except wifi was available. I was verbally told a light breakfast. None available at all. I'm done trusting wyndam super 8
