The smell of cigarettes, the rip-off price, the hair all over the hair-dryer. Other reviews slated this place and they were not wrong. Awful.

Nothing very run down

Holes in sheets no washcloths ,paint peeling off bathroom wall,shower curtain held up with wood blocks and over charged .

Ended up not staying there

Location was nice to the college game we were attending. Not a bad drive to Pigeon Forge and easy to get to The Funny Farm. We were traveling with my 23 month old grandson so thankful for a working refrigerator in the room and a Dollar General within walking distance. The floors were updated but nothing else.

The advertised breakfast was a joke. Coffee and juice only. The water machine was broke. We had to go to the store to buy milk and water. The beds were hard and the shower was not the best especially if you were taller than 5’2. The towels were small and not soft. The floor could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, you could hear everything outside the window. Although, a little expected being it’s a motel. Also, it could use at least one USB port for chargers.

Nothing. Place needs a major renovation. People actually LIVING there. Furniture looked at least 30 years old. Hoped there weren't bed bugs.

Location

Room lacked simple items normally a part of a room such tissues, the small inexpensive coffee maker and such. Hard to walk between the bed and TV cabinet because the open doors perturbed so far out when opened. The handicap ramps to small and rough for a wheelchair or medical scooter.

I was harassed by a few fellow guests...made me uncomfortable

Muddy foot prints on the floor. Not enough towels or wash clothes. I killed several bugs walking across the floor. No hot water to take a shower.

Worst room ever! tub dirty, rooms not side by side as requested 6 months ahead of time due to travel with special needs people, no tv service, no internet service, refused to call manager at when we were upset, no military discount as promised, charged a lot more than quoted , heater broken! Charged me a night to leave and find somewhere else! charged $168 extra to card so we were charged $675 and change to not stay at hotel and had to get room 30 miles from the venue the day we arrived! I want REFUND! I will NEVER use booking.com again! 3 times used … 3 times disappointed! I will also not stay at another Days Inn by Wyndham EVER!!! Twice bad experience at a Days Inn by Wyndham.
