Staff is outstanding - so kind and warm. Location is unbeatable. Love 2 sinks in the room.

Did not get the mountain view with balcony as booked . Upstairs rooms do not have balconies but advertised as such.

Hotel room was clean.

Jacuzzi was dirty with lots of floating bandaid. Gym was small and lacking equipment.

Views of Mt. Shasta were amazing from our hotel balcony! Room was large and bathroom had 2 sinks. Easy to walk to town for dinner and shopping. Easy access to the I5 and gas station. Quality of the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Location was also close to the road to access Gumboot Lake! Loved the cabin/lodge feel to the main part of the hotel.

Property backs up to the I5, but there was an enclosed hallway so none of the rooms faced it - there was a buffer. Our pre-paid upgrade on Booking.com was not communicated to the hotel, so we had to prove it to get our room. Amazing view of Mt Shasta also overlooked the rooftop of the hotel. Restaurant staff severely understaffed. We had to wait to be seated and it was a long wait for our food - but the food was delicious! Seemed rather high priced.

Their short staffing made it difficult to eat on site, however when dining was available the food was very good! The wait staff, though overpressed, were amazing!!

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable and in a convenient location.
