Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast

Game room had broken equipment

The breakfast was very good and staff were so helpful. The property was very clean.

I liked everything except the price; but it was certainly in line with other comparable properties in a beach town

Good shower Ok location but wouldn't recommend Front desk was friendly They have a small indoor pool, we didn't use it but it looked ok.

Door lock didn't dead bolt shut. This was a safety concern. (You could also see where the latch on the top lock had been replaced too). If we had been staying for more than one night we would have left upon noticing. Bedroom TV couldn't turn off so we had to unplug it to get rid of blue light at night. The game room was too small to accommodate real fun. It felt like a closet. Overall food not great: -Eggs rubbery -Coffee empty -juice machine dispenser water -Pancake machine broken. No waffles (as pictured). -Pastries way too sugary.

15 min drive to the beach

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I booked through booking, and I still had to pay directly at the hotel. Their response “Don’t book through booking, pay holiday inn directly” My personal suggestion: “take your hotel off of booking if there is a known system error” I have been waiting a whole month for a refund due to the unprofessionalism of the general manager. My credit card was charged from booking, and the holiday inn. This is really sad, because I literally had to call the hotel, and booking everyday like it was my fault smh. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The refrigerator was too small. There wasn't a microwave in the room.

Complimentary breakfast was good, free coffee in the room, mini fridge and microwave was available.

Paying $500 per night for a holiday inn seems like extortion

The breakfast was amazing but there was only one woman working and she had a hard time keeping up. She was amazing though and super friendly and efficient. Unfortunately she was only one person and probably could have used some help.

Very hard to find a luggage cart and 4 separate times in an overnight stay out key cards stopped working.
