Had to leave a day early. Even though I told them at 3:30PM they refunded me the second day I had booked. That alone will guarantee I stay there next time I go to Ft. Davis

Nothing, it is a quality hotel

room had all necessary options; it was clean. breakfast was typical free motel breakfast.

Clean but small room. Had all amenities like lotion, soaps, hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave and large TV.

No hot breakfast but pleanty of cereal and pancakes.

It was very modern, ac worked great, Hot water for showers, good breakfast served with coffee and the price for the stay was reasonable.

Please get a Pool put in! We would have stayed here all weekend instead of 1 night if there had been a pool. I don’t know if the shower curtains are washed between stays - They should be if they are not - because ours was moldy.

I liked that there was an option for special requests when I booked it online.

I didnt like that the hotel staff didn't bother reading the special request section of our reservations.

Strong smell.of bleach and the house keeping was very loud in the morning. Need to remember people are sleeping!

Clean quiet room with comfortable beds. Mountains behind building for scenery. Close to Fort Davis NHS. Included section.

More accessible plugs.

The location is just off Fort Davis and close to Marfa's lights or Balmorhea's swimming pool. Fort Davis state &c Donald observatory are close by. This would allow to spend a great week end in Fort Davis.

However the room was chilly with room temp around 58°F waking up. The room was not well cleaned at all. The building is very loud: we could listen to next door's tv and flushing noise felt like coming from our room. I wished I had booked the Drug store hotel in town

Clean and well maintained. Stayed at a $250/night hotel on way back home that wasn’t as clean as this little place. Great price for what we required. We never needed to ask for any towels, tp, etc during the 7 night stay. Convenient to going to various birding locations in the area and was quick trip into town for food. The staff was friendly. Will be staying here again when we return in future.
