Great location, steps from Duvall. Clean and stylish B&B. Good breakfast, nice staff, off street parking a couple of blocks away. We parked and never moved the car.

Very little storage / shelving in a very small room. There is space for shelving and or cabinetry to go on the walls and in the bathroom, but there is not much if any. So literally living out of a suitcase for the time we were there. No place to set toiletries while in the bathroom. Super small TV's, if you want to watch anything, like I didn't know they still made that small of a TV.

unfortunately we had a problem with a big insect running around our bedroom. we asked to solve the problem and the reply was that at tropicals is normal to find insects…this does not mean that should be a normality find a huge insect in the bedroom

Location, hot tub, breakfast

Your mattress needs to be upgraded. Because of that I would not give you a very good rating. Comfort is the key when sleeping in my opinion. Probably won’t stay there again because of that

Breakfast was simple and good. We had our fill. The facility is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, the staff is friendly. The limited space is used very cleverly. Everything is in good working order.

The spaces are tight but we understand that that is characteristic of the limited space of the neighborhood. We would have liked a chair to sit in in the room. These are minor things because the inn is very comfortable for a getaway weekend like this was for us. The lack of chair in the room is made up for with chairs in the social spaces.

Hospitality was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Quaint inn with close proximity to Duval street. Helpful staff. Private central courtyard with hot tub was a nice respite from the noise of Duval street. Courtyard facing room was small but clean.

Parking was $20 and about four blocks away. Not unexpected but should have been disclosed ahead of time. Breakfast was mediocre. You'd be better off to get a real breakfast at nearby restaurants. Price was high for quality of lodging as room was very small with a moldy smell altho very clean.

Nice suite (havana) with second bed on Mezzanine And second tv Dining table and stove top Perfect for famille or 2 couples However beds are not comfortable and noisy , this is the only ( but important) negative comment Also bonus outside sitting area although cushion old and a bit cramped we stayed once in room no 1 , was perfect !!! 2 chairs to sit outside in front

Great options! On the one day my schedule allowed me to enjoy breakfast at the hotel, I was impressed with the variety of food options. There were options that adhere to my vegan diet. Thank you!

The breakfast hours seemed late! On Sunday the 15th, I had to be at the ferry terminal at 7am. It would have been nice to at least be able to grab fresh fruit or a granola bar. Maybe consider this for other early risers? Or have to-go bags that guests can take with them? Thanks 😊

perfect location right next to Hemingway house. Parking was available 3 blocks away and I walked everywhere! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The house cat Mario was a pur-fect gentlemen. I wanted to take him home with me

Location was excellent in the middle of everything and still quiet block.

Room air-conditioning machine was very loud and noisy and still pritty powerless.

The room was awesome. The shower area was a bit challenging due to not enough area in shower to place your own soaps and shampoo. Overall, very clean and comfy.

Room was very basic with ugly linoleum floor. Cramped breakfast room. Breakfast felt like being in a motel on the highway. A little coffee, a few pastries, no fruit on day 1, not enough croissants for the whole family on day 1.

The staff were super friendly. It felt like being at home. The vibe of the place was like staying at your home; and the front-door lady seemed that she cared about you as a person. At the beginning, she showed us all the best areas in the key west. I never had an experience of staying in a hotel where the staff showed me how to use the sona, but the lady at this place truly was nice and cared about our experience-

Wow, what a place! My friend and I walked into our room, and we were pleasantly surprised by how huge it was; it was rather like a small house, with the main bedroom downstairs and the other room upstairs accessible through a spiral staircase. The kitchen was fully equipped as was the bathroom, and the entrance to the room was preceded by a peaceful terrace. I especially loved the sea/marine decor of the room, which was very much in keeping with its location in Key West.

What there not to like? The room was clean, comfortable & cool. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was perfect ... we could walk to all the restaurants, bars & attractions we were interested in visiting.
