The lobby and check in area were nice, clean, and attractive. The breakfast was okay, typical of what you’d expect.
The room was not clean. In particular, the floors, both hard and carpeted, were disgusting. I wouldn’t walk on them with bare feet because of the stickiness and small debris. The night stand had a small spill of something that had dried. I used a wet washcloth to scrub it out.

The room was spacious and very clean. For the hotel class I was impressed with how comfortable the mattress and pillows were. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to special requests.
Breakfast: The eggs tasted like powdered eggs. That was a disappointment. There were a lot of options but they were mostly unhealthy. I would have liked some healthier options, such as more fresh fruit and hot oatmeal with nuts and seeds (not just sugary instant oatmeal in packs).

Met my basic expectations
Pillows were a little small and clumpy. Fridge did not feel like it was cold enough to keep food at safe temperature.

On my arrival I had blood stains on my sheets and blanket turn them in to front desk and the gave me another set and they had stains on them also it was disgusting

the renovated room was excellent. the beds were comfortable. the A/C was tuned perfectly. clean bathroom.
Parking was a bit crowded

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Made us feel very welcomed. The hotel was very clean and smelled great. The breakfast was very good. The pool was perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay as a family.

I like the location with several restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were clean
We stayed 4 days and breakfast was the same thing every morning, I took a bite of my bisquit and got a long gray whitesh hairs stuck in my teeth told the lady that was putting out the food who hairs was the same long hair after that I was grossly out

I really enjoyed breakfast. The bar had a variety of options.
The rooms could have been just a bit more cleaner. Some of the towels and bathroom furniture had stains.

Checking in was a breeze! Breakfast selection was ok. It’s a good value for money for a quick night stop on a long road trip. Room was spacious. Location was close to I-10E. Love that parking was free.
I did not feel like they prepared my room right. No toilet paper or Kleenex. And the sink still had some facial hair from the previous guest that was probably shaving. The walls were very thin. Not sound proof at all, so around midnight, there was someone who kept knocking on their friend’s door, you can completely hear their conversation!
