The pool

There wasn’t enough towels in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. One staff member was really creepy and followed us around a lot and would come knock on the door to look into the room.

-AC was not working in the first room so we got moved to a second room 2nd night AC started now working again - all rooms smelled like smoke - saw a few spiders in room -no Irons available -dirty towels

Could not breath, bad air inside the room with A/C probably dirty or the carpete.

The price is great (but you get what you pay for) location is very close to Dallas Market Center. The bed was pretty comfortable and they are pet friendly. Those are the only positive things about the place.

check in was at 3pm - they didn’t have our room ready until 4:45 so we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to get into our room. they advertise free toiletries and a coffee maker - there were none. there wasn’t an ice bucket - we asked for one and they told us they would get us one tomorrow. there was a wad of hair in the shower. Not impressed with friendliness or helpfulness of the front desk staff

That u had to use a code to get the TV channels. It's smelled all like smoke in the rooms.

Staff was very nice switching rooms when we had a bad Air conditioner in the first room.

Had a Bad A/C in the first room. Toilet didn't flush in the second room.

I love the pool. It's always so clean and amazingly warm. Their breakfast is always great. And I love the location. We always book here bc it's close around everything we need.

Their rooms are nice but they really have to do better with the upkeep of the rooms. Their was old food in our fridge. We did ask them to clean it and they removed the food but failed to clean it. That was fine bc we were there for only 1day. I also wish they had microwaves in all the rooms. But this doesn't stop me from going back to them. If they make the changes with the cleaning than everything will be awesome.

The rooms are dirty and stink. Our first room had not been cleaned. We found dirty socks on the floor and the whole room smelled like cat pee. The second room wasn’t much better. Smelled of cigarettes and also looked as if hadn’t been cleaned. Room was never vacuumed even before we checked in. We had to stay in a room with two doubles instead of the king bed we paid for and booked due to our first room not being too disgusting to stay. We were offered no compensation or even an apology for the entire inconvenience. Worst stay we’ve ever had. Would never recommend to anyone. This hotel is disgusting. The other guest were loud and crazy. Throwing chairs in the pool loud music all night

The room was mostly clean and bed was comfortable.

Found used soap bar in my room. GROSS!

it was very unclean. I found hair in the towel they put in my bathroom and during the 4 days I was there, the housekeeper never changed them. the toilet was smelly and the carpet was not vacuumed.

It was filthy. There was trash left in the room for at least a few days, it smelled like smoke, someone was smoking weed right outside. The A/C vent was about to fall out of the ceiling. Every counter area was sticky as well as the TV remote. You could tell the door had been kicked in at some point. I have bad allergies to smoke, we did NOT stay there. We were only in the room for 15 minutes, and I started coughing, and it was getting hard to breathe. We did NOT feel safe at all.

Location was excellent and near to Hilton Anatole. One of the best economical options in the market center.

My room was "no smoke" zone but there was a constant cigarette smell on all days. No breakfast was provided

it was the worst stay ever. guests screaming, pounding on doors, car alarms all night long.

Nothing at all the hotel needs to be shut down for health codes reasons

It’s was bugs in the room and the carpet was wet smelled like mildew
