It was not clean. It needed repairs. The pool heater and hot tub heater were broken. Overall it was a painful reminder that you get what you pay for.

The location was what we needed for the NMMI graduation.

The receptionist that was attending us the day of arrival, she was just shy of what we considered rude. The other customers waiting to be attended to also agreed. It was being discussed while we were waiting our turn.

I stated there for 5 nights, they never cleaned my room, didn't even change my towels. The pools is not available.

The room was big and spacious.

I had to wait 4 hours until I was checked in , staff did not care

Breakfast was the typical free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage patty, cold cereal, waffles, coffee and juice. Plain, simple, not very appetizing.

Pool/Spa area needs attention. Paint peeling in the pool area and pool had an odor. Appears they need to assign someone to maintain this area. Carpets weren’t vacuumed in hallways. Rooms definitely need updating! Ours didn’t have an alarm clock in the room and the room phone was broken.

Other La Quinta’s we’ve stayed in have been much nicer than this location!! Breakfast was sub par;not the quality as in other La Quinta’s we’ve stayed in. . Didn’t even offer yogurt or fruit. Our room was dirty. Floor not clean in entry and bathroom. Looked like coffee had been spilled and splashed all over the side of the dresser. Our tv didn’t work. Burnt out lightbulb. Front desk said there was nothing they could do.

My grandchildren were able to enjoy the indoor pool and comfortable rooms. They allow pets.

One of the plugs had a piece of metal stuck in the outlet. When I went to plug my device is when I found this.

it was in a great location because we were there for open house at NMMI. I liked that we got to use the pool.

Try to always stay at a La Quinta location. Have had great luck with them all across the country.

Signage was very poor for this location. Drove by the street several times before we figured out where it was.
