Clean, updated, modern. Friendly staff, great breakfast

I was pleasantly surprised. The motel was older and looked like it used to be something like an old Motel 6 or something. What ever it had been, the owners had obviously put effort into modernizing the rooms. The bed was great and I can honestly say that once I closed my door I didn't hear anything from outside or other rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff, they were very nice and suggested some places to eat ( which was excellent), and things to see. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the choice was carried. The location was close to everything but not within walking distance. But a very short drive.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. We highly recommend this place.

This will now be my go to hotel in Roswell from now on. Frankly I have paid twice as much at other hotels in this city. Those places did not motivate me to write a review.

Good sized room for the price. Location is not far from downtown Roswell and the aliens. Receptionist changed my room (ground floor) so that I didn't have to haul my luggage to the 2nd floor.

Slightly run down, but to be expected at this price point.

Very clean and newly updated. The breakfast was excellent and provided a nice start to our day.

It was awesome for a single night stay, but I think I would look for something with a few more amenities if we were staying longer.

The bed and pillows were so comfy. Loved that we were able to park our car close to our room on the bottom floor and we could use the sliding glass door to pack up and go.

We were hoping for a free breakfast but it wasn't included in the price so we just stopped by McDonald's on our way out of town

A simple but good selection was available for a continental breakfast. The breakfast room was very clean and roomy.
