Not a lot to do around the hotel

Staff was great lobby was clean and breakfast was amazing.. My room I love it. So clean Nice hot shower. Very welcoming.

. For as old as it was it was very clean.

Pool was padlocked. Bedding was very uncomfortable.

This hotel is like 7 minutes away from Kentucky Island, which was awesome. Room was big, also the bed was pretty comfortable

They didn’t change my towels or cleaned up the room. I didn’t care about the sheets but I was expecting fresh new towels the next day and that didn’t happen.

The Staff was nice and were able to check me into my room 2 hours early. The room was very spacious especially for one person and had all the amenities I needed. I was happy it had a microwave and mini fridge

The elevator wasn't working. There was a few strands of someone's gray hair on the bed and in the shower. One of the electrical sockets was damaged so the lamp wouldn't work

The floors was wet My clothes was wet when we left My dogs food was soggy and her toys was wet. I woke up sick.

there was a pool but it wasn’t opened. the air in the rooms did not keep the rooms cool. we stayed hot.

This hotel was phenomenal! The staff were excellent, the breakfasts were outstanding, shuttles to and from the Kentucky Oaks and Derby were superb and even better they offered a FEAST both Friday AND Saturday in accommodation for enjoyment of each day!! And the FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. A big WOW. And if you brought your dog? They offered a large grassy area with plenty of room to walk plus a pet-waste bag and bucket for your use. Now THAT was a thoughtful gesture!

Staff were excellent. Location was great. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Changed rooms after first night to 2 queen beds - much better!

it was very clean and convenient to restaurants and the hospital . It was in a better part of Louisville area

the Ac could have worked a little better but im used to it it being very cold .

We did not stay after problems with 2 different rooms. 😔

1st room the toilet was plugged with feces. Maintenance came and was unable to clear; we were moved to another room and the bathroom had used linens and dirty tub. We chose not to stay.

great location and the helpful team at the desk. Fernando and Jamie were both excellent and incredibly helpful.

More seating during the peak breakfast time would be good.
