The front desk lady was nice but 3 days new so the wait to check in was 45 minutes long.

asked for a room by pool, could not oblige. Asked for a bottom floor , not obliged. Had to climb three flights of stairs with all my gear. Kids running around property and walkways at 3 am. Overflowed pool area with people with glass beer bottles', no ice machine except at the front office, so you had to drive there to get ice. I only saw two employees the whole time I was there except the housekeeper in the morning. DID not feel safe at all. No maid service came either day I was there. One trash can in the room instead of one in the room and one in the bathroom. Refrigerator did not get cold enough.

The aircon was just so noisy and kept cutting in and out more than it should. The bathroom fan works with the light and it was the noisiest I have ever heard.

Breakfast was ok. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was the same food everyday.

The bathroom was dirty with brown spots on the toilet that we thought someone didn’t flush it😟. There’s bugs flying around the room and bugs on the floor. We got a room for 2 people and we only have 3 pillows, the toilet paper holder was broken and we didn’t even have toilet paper in the bathroom. We have to go to the front desk to asked for these items. So disappointed since we thought since it’s by “Wyndham” that it will be up to par. But not even close 🙄. We normally get reservation at the Casino but they’re booked on the days we need . Maybe next time we need to book way ahead of time so we don’t end up here again… lesson learned 😣

Breakfast was very good with many selections except for meat. Having bacon and sausage would have rated great. Location was exactly where I wanted.

Pool and Jacuzzi were empty of water and inoperative. That's a shame because it was very hot in the mid 90's during my stay. I heard they haven't been available since October, 6 months. That's not acceptable.

Staff were extremely helpful and is very pet friendly

our room wasnt fully cleaned old soap an hair from the last person was in the shower still flowers were not cleaned an smelled. also had a couple people up late blastinv music an drinking an yelling for most of the night hard to sleep for a long day we had going on an someone smack out car in the parking lot.

the room was nice and clean they brought us clean towels and when i ask for coffee packs they gave them to us i like that we had a good size room .

i dont like that other people smoke there cigs and pot right by there room and we get it inside of our rooms or there all sitting out side working on there cars and drinking and being loud, the only thing i didnt like was the doggie aera was nasty cause people werent picking up after there pets and grass was not taking care of and alot of trash beer cans and bottles and trash,

They never went to change sheets or towels

There was no running water on check in, but the water came back on a few hours later. (We were told about the water issue after we had paid) There were NO batteries in the TV remote control, had to go back to office for 2 batteries. There was an apparent homeless person camped out on the second floor when we checked in, but he was gone after awhile, we did report this to the front office.

Breakfast was good first couple days, then they ran out of eggs. The biscuits and gravy were still there and good plus waffles (make your own), cereal, etc. Motel was fairly quiet but we did run three fans overnight. Very nice staff.

Room was dated but functional and pretty clean. Tub was too gross looking for my girlfriend to have her bath. A couple pills on the floor between the bed and nightstand. We didn't touch them or look at them closely. Toilet paper roll fell onto floor repeatedly since a part was missing from the holder. Spa and pool both empty. Too cold for pool anyway.

The room was not clean. There was shaving hairs around the sink. The room smelled musty and stale. There was no hot water. We asked to be moved to a different room and they were accommodating. However the new room smelled worse and the people in the adjoining room were loud. We decided to get a refund and take our chances on finding another hotel.

Stay was pleasant they are remodeling 1st floor so no level entry had to do stairs. Room was descent no table or chairs to sit at but 1 descent lounge chair and mo coffee maker.room was clean bed was nice.Had a small TV but fridge and microwave in the room.Brkfst had no eggs or protein but if you like waffles and biscuits and gray( turkey not sausage) some cereals,muffins juice,milk,coffee then you'd be good.price was descent location was descent.
