My room floor was sticky and before I could checkout the room service was already in my room. I still had an hour before checkout.

There were cockroaches. Yes, multiple ones in the bathroom. They moved us to another room on the other floor, but that rooms sink was leaking on to towel rack underneath. Moved us again we stayed in that room where the floors were dirty. We were promised a discount for in convinces but never received it.

The staff was super sweet. Breakfast was nice. Facility was good!

Bathroom needs a bench to be more compatible for guests with disabilities -had difficulty with bathtub; bathroom floor was slippery throughout the stay; top ceiling wall over the bathtub looks like beginning of mold problem. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, accommodated our needs,especially front desk; checkin/check out was smooth; maintenance person was very helpful.

The room smelled like mildew. A roach ran across the bathroom floor. The toilet barely flushed and ran continuously.

I liked the location and the first front desk associate I encountered was very helpful

I didn’t like how dank and moist my room was. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We were out in a room with a double burner and it didn’t even work so it was pointless.

I like that the staff was pleasant.

I didn't like the fact they try to charge my card before I was even there to check-in yet.

Housekeeper was very friendly.

The ice machine in our floor was not working.

Did not have the breakfast at the hotel.

Once we arrived the lobby had a nasty smell and the elevator wasn’t in good working condition. The room we were in the floors wasn’t sweep good. The room didn’t look clean.

Checked into my room. Bed had bed bugs . I had to leave and pay for another hotel at a different hotel. Twice as much and no one could refund me and pay for some of this inconvenience

That after all the issues to a handicap room, the manager gave us $25. Off.

Carpets dirty. Too many pieces of furniture for a handicap person to move around. The place where the refrigerator goes was separate in the refrigerator was out in the hole there was just too much there The chair to the desk was broke My husband almost fell backwards. The handicap shower handle that helps bring the spray down towards you broke off in my in his hand. There was two light bulbs that were not working in the bathroom so you couldn't hardly put on makeup or shave.
