There was visible dirt on the bed duvet.

Liked the coffee and creamer choices and always the fresh waffles!

Should have requested a room away from the highway. Otherwise it was perfect! Bed was very comfortable.

The vending machine did not have card access. Parts of the bathroom appeared outdated.

The property was terrible. This was not my first time booking with this location but this time will be my last. The pillows had stains on them and we found two roaches crawling on the night stand. When we tried to get our money back all they offered was a king suite which that room was dirty as well. We spoke with Jay the next morning and showed him the paper we received the night before with our personal information along with the documentation about the roaches and stained pillows. Jay took the paper away from us and told us whoever gave us that information shouldn’t have and he would not give it back to us. Jay told us that they could not give us our money back and that we have to contact Booking in order to do so and that all the could was give us another room. He was really rude and would not give us our documentation back.

The hotel was located in a great location.

For the most part , the hotel was decent. however upon check in, went to take a shower. The water was not on. The staff responded in a timely manner to resolve issues.

this place is horrible it's amazing the smell of the room is unbearable there is mold everywhere and the more they clean it the more stinky it gets it's horrible the smell is still in my nose to this day

First walking in, it felt, looked, and smelled very clean. Can't remember his name but the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfy. Location was very nice and alone made the price worth it.

The longer we stayed in the room, the more details I noticed. Stains on furniture and linens. At first was confused at some random hairs I found on the bed, wasn't sure if they'd come from us. However, there were several in the bathtub as well. Also tried to take a bath and thought it was taking an awful long time to fill up, but turns out the drain was broken and had to take a shower instead.
