Far to the room from the front desk

Good size pool, breakfast was good, room was spacious

Didn’t like the fact that our room wasn’t looked at the second day. Trash wasn’t taken and clean towels weren’t given, toilet paper ran out.

Pool for the kids

It’s a bit pricey for the location and quality.

Check in person was very nice and helpful eventhoughnshe was busy.

Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to ask for towels, shampoo, soap etc. Toilet paper was low and no facial tissues. Fornt desk supervisor was not helpful at all.

The location, the price and an indoor pool. Stayed 1 night with kids. We told kids, we could go swimming in the morning before we leave. But the indoor pool was not accessible in the morning because the " 1 " key to unlock the door to the pool, was at home with the manager or an employee (?)

No access to the pool. Door was locked. We were told the person with the key took it home. THERE WAS ONLY ONE KEY???? Someone should make a copy of that key and leave it behind the front desk!! -- there was a lot of unhappy kids -

Extremely convenient on/off I-95. clean, decent hot breakfast included: make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, various breads, yogurt, HB eggs.

just a tad complicated getting to the room from lobby. not terrible, and once you know, you know. All worked out. Directions for parking were clear.

Friendly service.

Continental Breakfast could be better.

The bed was comfortable.

Decor was outdated. Little variety of snacks/drinks.

The staff at the front desk was very rude. I had a special request about my check in time. I even said I would pay for the night before my arrival to make sure I could get in the room before 1:00. I will never stay there again and make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

Ending breakfast at 10AM especially on a holiday weekend.

It was an ok hotel but when we got back later at night a door was left unlocked to the building with a rock you should have people checking doors some times

We we got back to room I went to put tv on and didn’t work when checking out we told front desk but I think something more should of been done like a discount
