They claim to have hot breakfast but only offer a waffle maker. There was no yogurt or milks. The juice machine was broken. There was a tremendous amount of hair in the sink and tub. I had to walk to the lobby 4 times to get a new card to get in my room. I kept the card on the desk with no phone or other card by it and it still messed up. The pool was closed. They charge way too much.

The hotel was very dingy and the elevator reeked.

It was in an ok part of town and a short drive to our son’s apartment.

The smell in the elevator, the sticky carpet in our room, the horrible lack of water pressure in the shower, the sink faucet was hot-cold reversed, the comforter was stained, breakfast choices were terrible (not even any bananas or yogurt), overall poor maintenance of the room, hallways were kind of dark, coffee was horrible We stayed at a Quality in Carbondale and had a much better experience

Very comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was quite tasty. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels cereal and coffee

Staff was great and respectful and treated us nice.

Well unfortunately I don't like spending money and this place was cheaper than everywhere else but I still don't like having to spend money but that's not the hotels fault lol.

The heat didn’t work in my room so I froze all night. no towels for the pool. rude staff. overall want my money back. not worth it

Honestly not much

The man that checked us in was not friendly. he tossed the cards to me didn’t tell us anything about the property. nothing about breakfast or the pool times. had to have the cards remade they didn’t work when we went upstairs. tv didn’t turn on had to have him come fix it. the floor we were on reaked of marijuana. people cleaning the rooms couldn’t understand a thing I was saying had a child working with him to translate. also the pool area was very. unsanitary. there was weave hair floating in it, rocks that weren’t supposed to be moved were in the bottom of the pool. also there was air fresher thrown in the top of the elevator.
