Never informed of the cutoff for checking in late so my room was charged and I was stranded for the night. I drove 6 hours in the rain just to be met with terrible customer service and no effort to help me whatsoever. I will be speaking with my bank about the charges.

We had a handicapped accessible shower and a lot of the water drained out onto the bathroom floor. we needed extra towels to clean up the water

Pool was green, did not use. Tv didn’t work had to switch rooms. Lamps didn’t have light bulbs.

we booked a handicap room because my wife can not get into a tub but the put us in a room with a tub so we had to check out and find another hotel

Very easy to book through booking.com. The breakfast was limited and when I asked for milk, I was told they wouldn't have any until tomorrow. No fruit on the breakfast bar.
