Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Clean, good location. Dining and gas nearby. Nice pool.

It was great as usual.

We checked-in Thursday 5/18 & by Friday until Sunday night there was a very strong raw sewage smell in our room #101, & in the hallway too. The staff sprayed the hallway & our room with little improvement. They offered us a room across the hallway, but that room had the smell too. The smell started to fade Sunday night and was gone by breakfast on Monday. The staff were aware of the smell but stated they did not know where it was coming from. We heard others complaining about the smell, but they were on the 2nd fl.

We loved the location and the appearance of the hotel. The service and staff were commendable. I would readily recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The elevator made a lot of unsettling sounds. My brother said his bedding smelled weird.

Close to destination funeral home

Seemed overpriced. It was presented as their best deal for a married couple. (2adults) What married couple requires 2 queen sized beds? It was a very nice room , but to much room. Therefore overpriced. This was spur of the moment and all done by computer.,so we accomplished getting a clean overpriced room and can't really complain. I would encourage talking to a human if you can.. That wasn't an option here.

right next to a shopping center and easy access to main road

the rooms felt very industrial/institutional. the doors were heavy metal and made me feel like I was being locked in a prison for the night.

Breakfast.

To noisy. All night long it sounded like a large motor was running. Then I realized it was the A/C system. There were tiles missing from a wall in the bathroom. You could hear the people in the room either above ours or next to ours. I never could pinpoint the source. However, I have already booked a room on our return trip through South Bend. I am willing to give it a second try.

The room was filthy, I cleaned it myself once checking in. when I tried to speak to staff I was dismissed and the manager was incredibly rude and condescending.
