Breakfast was very disappointing. White bread and sugary cereals Check in staff was new and not very helpful

Was told the price included a continental breakfast online… no breakfast of any sort was offered.

The beds were double queen and comfortable.

What I didn't like was the fact that we booked a ground floor room, when we arrived and checked in, the staff member handed us our keys and when arriving at the room, it was occupied. I went back to the staff and informed them and they gave us another room on the second floor. Mind you I asked for the ground floor because I am disabled. Secondly, we chose to stay there because your place offers a free breakfast. To my surprise, I awoke the next morning to no breakfast offed that Saturday. If your not going to offer something, then you need to remove it from the online site as well. And the breakfast offering is great for me when I travel and stay at a hotel/motel, due to the fact that I'm a diabetic.

It was a nice place to rest our head after a long day under festival suns. The color of the room was nice. The staff, when able to be found, were able to help us with any questions we had.

The cleanliness of the room needed serious work. We couldn’t even walk barefoot in the room without needing a shower immediately because our feet would get disgusting. The staff was infrequent and hard to find. They only ever had one or two staff working at the same time, so you had to wait forever in the main lobby to be helped, maybe. The circulation of air in the hotel itself was garbage.. you couldn’t take a hot shower without leaving the fan on for literally a full day or else you would feel the humidity walking into the room.

Staff was polite. I did not check to make sure that Covid didn't affect the breakfast that was stated on their listing they had so that is kind of on me. There were no insects or other types of unwanted guests.

No continental breakfast, air conditioner was literally as loud as a semi truck using their jake break making it impossible to have it running when trying to sleep making the room hot, you could see outside from all the way around the inside of the door as the door didn't have any weather stripping, room next door had a bullet hole that appeared to have come from the inside of the room out, mini fridge still had beer and pop in it telling me they don't clean the inside of it, TV too small to watch from across the room and the picture was stretched so you can't see it well at all with a remote that wouldn't allow you to fix it.

The location was great. The room was nice. The bed comfortable. It was quiet you were not hearing other guests

Room needed cleaning upon arrivall. Not cleaned around refrigerator.. This is my only concern

The rooms were dirty and run down ,sheets and pillows stained and stunk like smoke and this was the second rooms she almost didn’t wanna give us ,the first one was orrendous and they’re was homeless people sleeping right on the grass besides the parking lot ,unbelievably sad conditions ,do not stay at this motel ,my wife wanted to sleep in the truck that we had just bought and yes I got in trouble for getting this room online .

The floor had something spilled on it and wasn't cleaned up, the toilet didn't want to flush, no toilet paper, towels, or coffee. The door had a gap in it all the way around and barely shut. The key locked us out. There wasn't anyone at the front desk 95% of the time. Very disappointed in the stay all the way around.
