Breakfast was very unpleasant experience. The hotel ran out of sausage and eggs at 8:00AM. According to the worker, the truck didn't come to the hotel.

Location off I 10.

The bathroom area was not clean enough for me. Black mold spots in the shower area and the shower curtain did not appear clean. The carpet in the room and halls desperately needs to be replaced or in the least cleaned.

Right off of the freeway, easy parking, across from a restaurant and not too far from Lake Charles.

It is right next door to a small casino, and the lights are extremely bright at night. Our heater didn’t work so the staff moved us across the hall to a new room. It smelled of cigarette smoke, the coffee pot was completely covered in dust, every lampshade (in both rooms) were broken and flaking plastic, there were stains all over the walls, the shower hadn’t been cleaned, there was black mold behind the toilet, and we had a roach under our sheets.

The curtains in the room were supposed to be white! They were brown and dusty… the door was damaged like if someone previously tried breaking in.. the aesthetic was creepy and outdated.. we slept with one light on because we were so creeped out.. the only reason we didn’t leave was because my baby was already asleep in the bed and the room was non refundable..

First room was not cleaned from prior night guest and then issues with the room keys not working in the second room.
