Great location and near the waterfront. Restaurants and shops are located nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms. I liked the peaceful atmosphere.

Location was pretty central to what we needed to get to. Parking lot was pretty well lit. Bed was comfy.

Site said 'pet friendly' but did not advertise a fee associated. Was told when I got there that I was supposed to call to confirm a room if I was going to have pets, which was not disclosed on any of my documentation. Saw a sign at check in that said "We accept pets. $15 fee per day". Was told at check in that the fee was a per pet fee, which was also not disclosed until I was there already with both of my pets. I was left with the impression that it was just tough cookies for me, so suck up the $30 per day. Also, I booked for two days but my key cards expired after one day. And when I got back to my room the second night there was a cockroach on the ceiling, which I did not notify the site as I was tired and frustrated and wanted to get to bed. All in all, not a pleasant experience at this location.

Great location and the best stay we have ever had in Washington county.

Really strong smell of food in the lobby but would absolutely stay again. Did not know about the deposit of $100 and still waiting for it to go back on our card.

The location was super convenient to the waterfront area and also to East Carolina University (we were there for Family Weekend). It was very quiet.

The front desk staff was nice. I asked for extra towels and they seemed happy to meet my request. Nice size room actually. Overall, clean and no bugs. Lastly, grateful to find a decent room & affordable price for the ECU Family weekend!

The picture quality on the TV wasn't the best. The AC was loud when it came on. I was surprised there wasn't a stopper for the sink.
