The property was renovated and the staff were friendly & helpful.

Currently undergoing major renovations however friendly staff and our room was very clean and updated. We will stay again when in the area.

The staff was nice and accomodating. They are renovating which is really great. I will stay there again to see all the new updates.

The hotel was under construction. I was on the second floor where very little construction was happen. There was noise in the morning but not too loud. The hallway has construction debris on both floor where you can track some debris inside the room. It look like new management where i notice new cleaning lady cleaning the room. They must had downsize of cleaning lady because i notice they don't knock on the door every morning for services. I have to go to the office for services. The room was non smoking and updated and very clean and comfortable. I hope they keep the whole building non smoking. There was construction vehicles which can be a problem of parking at night.

Trip started with the hotel not receiving my reservation, but John guided me through the process of contacting hotels.com and the problem was resolved quickly. He was very accommodating throughout the stay! Room was clean and comfortable! The only complaint about the room was that the thermostat is motion control and changed to about 78 degrees during the night, we were miserable until we got up and reset it. Hotel is under renovations, lots of workers around and the back door to the place stood blocked open 24/7, not a secure feeling. Hotel is close to restaurants, shops, laundry facilities! Pool was great, plenty of towels! You have to be understanding while visiting, even the breakfast room was temporarily set up in the exercise room! Hope they are able to get the renovations completed soon!

The hotel was under renovation which is understandable for the confusion in finding the check in ! But 2of the rooms were nice and clean but the outside was horrible toilets everywhere outside the pool and rooms we had rented 3 rooms for softball tournament and one room had no tv tools and dust everywhere so we reported it and next time we went in they took the tools and still no tv and never told us they went in ! Making my niece and her little girl very uncomfortable 😣 I would NEVER stay at that Quality inn ever and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone the workers that working on the hotel were drinking smoking pot and playing extremely loud music so you couldn’t enjoy the pool area either very very sad !!! 😔 and signs were put up after we were in the pool and had already brought our drinks in and nobody ever answered the phone when we called to report anything!!

Originally had a king bed room but was able to change to 2 double bed room. Only issue was TV didn’t work properly. Hotel is going through renovations but clean and renovations were not done during resting hours. Staff was very pleasant. Toilets are too low, even for a regular room. Hopefully new higher toilets will be installed. Thank you for an otherwise wonderful stay.

The room was recently renovated and very nice. It was clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. They had a very nice warm breakfast with cold options of cereal and yogurt and bananas. They are still completing renovations, so the soap holder was not in the shower stall yet and no hair dryer yet.

Great accommodations for the price. Room was recently renovated and was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Free breakfast was a little substandard but still enjoyable.

Clean bedroom and bathroom. However, the air conditioner was not working at all. Set to cool, turned fan to auto and ON. But nothing worked. Temperature increased to 78 through the night. Corridor was freezing though (as if it had no heating). There was hardly any (free) breakfast. Whatever there was, it was quite minimal. This hotel wouldn't be first choice next time.

The property is being remodeled so great for them, but this place is dirty, the rooms still smell like paint. It looks like they have not attempted to clean. The door are cover with thick dust and paint stains. The carpet looks gross. Save your money, don’t stay at this place.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom floor was dirty and stained. Hot water didn’t work so my shower was a cold one.

Traveling for a family funeral. The inn was a bright point in the trip. Room was conveniently located so I could easily get my dog out to walk. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

Cleanliness

Breakfast was bad . Heating in room was not working properly. Shower has no pressure and it took 12 minutes to heat water which lasted 2 minutes

Parking was great

The hotel in general could use some updating but overall it was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful to chat with.

The staff recommended a good seafood restaurant that we enjoyed very much.

This was absolutely the worst hotel we have stayed in! The room was disgusting! It was not cleaned at all before we checked in. The furniture and counters were speckled with ashes and dust, the beds dirty with what looked like tobacco flakes or black dirt and the other bed with blood stains, and the carpet was covered in broken plastic pieces, hair and dirt and debris. We complained immediately, but being parents weekend at nearby ECU, everything was sold out and it was already almost midnight. We asked for new sheets and the front desk attendant complied. When he came to the room he noted the extreme filthiness and apologized. He actually wiped down some of the counters himself. And he noted the account about the unclean state of the room. However, the manager never reached out or apologized. When we complained upon checkout, the manager gave an unsympathetic excuse, albeit true, and told us we had the choice to leave if we didn’t like it. Then he walked away and did not care. Absolutely the worst stay ever! We were caught in a tropical storm while there and water was coming in the window. The entire hotel is in disrepair and should be shut down for health code violations. Do not believe the reviews. It is a -10 out of 10 not a 7/8!!

The carpets were so gross you could not remove your shoes, they never gave fresh towels or collected trash. The entire hotel smelled bad and all my belongings smelled also, the cards never worked we would always have to go to the front desk the power went out in the middle of the night

The hotel Wasn’t the worse I’ve ever stayed but the constant smell of illegal substances and cigarettes was horrific…. It’s a non Smoking hotel but where everyone smokes goes right through the vents and into the rooms. My son literally got sick from the smell. If other hotels had availability I would have changed without question

They give a bogus story about the return of incidentals deposit. Took them over a month. Manager lies about it everytime you call. She suddenly closes the pool (that you paid for) at 10 am with another so obviously bogus tale about people throwing glass over the fence at night. Never again will I ever stay at Quality Inn

This hotel was not good at all dirty lines, dirty pillow cases. The hotel smelled like stright smoke. This hotel should be a smoke a free, because people suffer from asthma.

It needs to be remolded staff was not good, I would recommend this location to anyone
