Room was very nice and clean .Definitely will stay there again

After renting a room here for 4 days on day 5 I was told I was not old enough to rent. Then charged 275$ smoking fee. I don’t smoke. Their corporate office will do nothing to assist you because the hotels are independently owned. So they can just charge you a smokers fee because they want to. Easy way to rip people off!

Everything was perfect.

Staff was awesome. Anything that was asked they explained yes or no they couldn't do it. Rooms are spacious and relaxing. Great location to where I needed to be.

Asked for room service and came back to blood on my sheets and comforter. Called the front desk and she apologized and had a clean set of lining in the lobby for me to come get. i didn't pay for a room to be the housekeeper as well, That was the only thing that changed my rating on this location. Things happen, however when you are making a bed and see stains, remove the sheets and start over. I am an owner of a cleaning service in KY, and if my worker left a property as my room was left they would've been fired, immediately.
