Nice clean room.
Carpet in elevator looked horrible.

Location
The hotel is infested with bedbugs. I reported it to the staff/manager and they said they were aware of the infestation. They changed my room and the sheets were filthy. The staff had a nonchalant attitude and said I can leave if I want to and refused to issue a refund.

The breakfast could have more selection. The location was good.
The young woman at the check in was not friendly or helpful. I have stayed there several times and her attitude has not changed. After dealing with her I probably won’t stay at that hotel anymore. Customer service is very important to me.

The suites door did not close properly to secure the room. We had to go back each time and make sure it locked. The North end door was extremely hard to use the key to get in it and.
Overall was really nice day except for the problems with the dorks.

The pictures on the internet made me think it was really a King Size Suite room this was not a suite at all !
The staff was not friendly and the room was not clean

it’s convenient
The shower leaks on to the floor so you have you use all remaining hand and bath towels to soak up the water.

the suite was large and the door separating the bedroom was great. refrigerator and microwave were welcomed.
the sofa and chair were extremely uncomfortable. the breakfast was subpar.

Easy access to our work location
We enjoyed our stay. The bed was nice and comfortable.

I liked to location it was pretty much in the center and close to everything. Mall , food , gym grocery. The staff was pleasant and check in and out was easy.
Only complaint was that the way the shower 🚿 is constructed, water easily get on the floor. When I got out there was enough water on the floor (puddle) that I almost slipped and fell.

The staff was unspeakably rude poorly trained and overall abrasive the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any hotel in my entire life I would sleep on the streets literally before going back to this hotel
