Location and extremely clean. Staff was amazing!!

The lady in the front was extremely rude and unprofessional the moment I rang the bell to come check in.

Price was great, location easy to find & access, room was clean & comfortable, have stayed here before when in the area

Desk person could upgrade her customer service, skills, but evening person was very nice & helpful, Minimal breakfast fare—-chose to eat elsewhere NO wake up call service NO receipt because we booked online

Location and value because we needed an affordable hotel close enough to the 408/ 313 bus to get there from philly and close enough for (15min drive) family to pick us up and drop us off at hotel

Broke closet door, broken dresser drawers, and unsupported towel rack. We've been here before months earlier and it was better then.

Cable TV has alot of hacked in background chatter. People talking. Who what where why don't know. Am noticing this alot. One source is cable box. I do believe it was local where the hackers were located. When in Wisconsin the chatters have Wisconsin accents.

The bed was comfortable

The woman at the desk had an issue with my special needs child. Every time she would see him her face made a look of disgust. He has Autism, ADHD and SPD. He is loud, unfortunately that is something while we are working on it, it can't really be helped. I would say if you have kiddos with special needs, find another place to go.
