pillow cases had dirt or grime on them the room was 54 degrees upon arrival and partial used roll of tp, not sanitary

Convenient location from the museum, highway, gas station and only eatery available.

My bed had strands of hair in it. Had to shake it off the sheets.

Upon entry the stale smoke smell was very obvious. Our room bathroom had hairs on the floor and tub in the bathroom. Very outdated and worn carpet.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the table with two chairs. The property is next to a Bob Evans. We are retired and late risers, so we could not avail ourselves of the hotel breakfast.

They put the beverage service (coffee, tea) away sometime in the early afternoon; we would have liked having it later in the day.

Extremely clean great customer service staff.

The room was neat and there was adequate space. There was a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer which you need when traveling. The continental breakfast had good coffee and several healthy food choices.

smelled like old hotel. Sink clogged in bathroom and they couldn't fix it. neighbors were up all hours of night making noise

It said totally renovated. Not true. Room had a VERY loud fan in bathroom that we had to disconnect. Also very loud refrigerator that we had to unplug.

The room smelled like mold and gave me a headache.

Great.

Atomphere

No basket in coffee maker Human hair in bed sheets. Discovered when leaving. Always pull bedding back to ensure nothing is left behind

I was locked out of my room for 25 minutes at 10:30 at night. After a new employee in housekeeping tried to help resolve the issue, I had to then wait until the manager returned on-site. Once he got there I tried as well as the housekeeper tried to explain that she’d tried 3 different keys and no luck, he was very rude and bothered that he had to return to the hotel. Inquired about the inconvenience of being unable to access the room I was paying for and he just responded with a “the key worked for me”. Very poor customer service.

The bed was comfortable, and i think clean

Pretty much everything else. It was disgusting... see pics. The worst part is there is a sign outside saying "newly renovated" which is a horrible lie and also the reason i did not read the reviews... very disappointed

Room was a bit musty smelling. Lobby smelled like cats lived there King bed was not comfortable Said newly remodeled on banner but walls were cracked. King room usually has larger bathrooms

Breakfast was great!

Bathroom fan was very noisy. The man at the desk when we arrived was not friendly.

The convivence to downtown. Ample parking. Friendly personnel.

Did not like being in an adjoining room. We could hear the TV coming through the door connecting the two rooms. One of us had to wear ear plugs in order to go to sleep. Breakfast: would have preferred scrambled eggs but my main complaint was there was no bread for toast.
