outdated. it appears that the toilet and the bathroom faucet had leaks.

Doing roof replacement.... could of let us know the construction zone. Not very clean....

Quite location, easy access off of Freeway and close to the location we needed to be at. Convenient resturants and 24 hr store

Breakfast although included, wasn't great, but ok. Lots of people when we were in and so getting your food was a puzzle 1 piece at a time. Didn't care that the garbage cans under the counters in 2 places were in the areas we were fixing food and had to step away for people to dump their plates.

nice presentation, adequate variety. food was good. hot food was hot and cold food was cold.

There wasn't a tv guide for the Eugene area and being from out of town I wasn't familiar with local stations and the programming that they was carried.

The person that bought me the room wasn't there but put the room in my name and I had ID. The cardmused to book room didn't match my ID , it was a gift from my boyfriend which we were charged for and paid for two nights. The person at the front desk promised us we would get a full refund which he hasn't seen yet. He had to book a different place. Now I get the feeling we will have to fight for a refund.

Room was clean, location is good.

Only one luggage cart. We had to carry all of our stuff up to our room. The tub wouldn't hold water so we couldn't take a bath only a shower.

Could not have the bath lines refreshed daily without asking. Stayed two nights - did not make the bed nor vacuum, not clean anything.
