We appreciated the McMuffin. A good breakfast.
The shower curtain too short. Water all over after a shower.
The pillows in the bed square, bulky and too hard, I was lucky I brought my own.

Very quiet
Pool had too much chlorine, since you enter the hotel you can smell it, we wanted to have some family fun time during this cold weather, and daughters were crying, after pool, they felt her eyes like burned.
rooms smell like wet, it was cleaned but smelled rare.
Breaks fast too poor nothing good for children’s only pancakes, they have the most cheapest food, they don’t even have cereal, milk or topping too add to the pancakes. next day we opt to eat outside I mean it could be better.

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was nice to have with a baby
The phone in our room was broken and the elevator was out of order and the “heated” pool was too cold for our toddler to swim. There was also people smoking weed on the property and in the rooms and the smell soaked into our bathroom.

Staff were friendly and pleasant at check-in and check-out. Room was clean, but dated. Kitchenette was clean with lots of features.
Water pressure in shower wasn’t great, and the toilet handle stuck and had to be manually flipped up to stop toilet from running. There were only 3 tissues in the dispenser. Since I was only staying one night not a huge deal, but if staying longer I would have brought to management attention.

They had extra stuff in rooms to cook on. They had waterslide and indoor pool for kids. My kids enjoyed arcade.
I didn't like how the kids had to use a card to use the arcade. It would be easier with quarters for machine. Allow the kids to use quarters to put money on the card. The pillows were a little small

Loved the kitchen area
Website states mini golf on site, but no longer there. The arcade was nice but I don't see it useful as an adult.

Wished there was bacon or sausage with the breakfast or options for toast.

Clean and friendly staff
Several things in our room did not work. The air conditioning kept tripping and we had to keep resetting. There was no phone charging outlets in the room. Thank goodness I grabbed a plug in from home. Breakfast was very minimal compared to other Mainstays we’ve stayed at.

Rims were big and clean game room and pool were excellent
The air conditioner in our room didn’t seem to get very cold. Maybe run some vinegar through the coffee makers once in awhile

Almost everything was good
Lobby smell like pool chlorine.
Room Bathroom lock was broken.
Need more toiletries, like lotion,shampo,conditioner bottles not just soap bar.

I liked the room, the staff, and even the breakfast was good. They had these breakfast sandwiches with bacon that my husband really liked.
I can't think of a thing I didn't like. Maybe the kitchenettes could have been better stocked, but we didn't use it anyway. We don't cook while on vacation.

Outdated, dirty rooms with substandard doors. The bedding was dirty and uncomfortable. the kitchen was disgusting and everything needed to be washed in the barely functioning dishwasher.

Good location good size of room good pool laundry kitchen, just breakfast it has not scramble egg and hash brown but it was good fruit yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, pankages, frozen egg
Just does not like spiderwebs on the walls, a couple of bugs on the room the window it wasn’t pretty close, and we changed the sheets because it was looks wasn’t changed

Everything was great
I thought the breakfast could have better there was not much besides pancakes and sandwiches. My kids would of liked eggs and cereal or bagels

The staff was excellent. They made sure all of our needs were met. They always greeted us when we came in.
The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The pool room could use more ventilation but was still a lot of fun.

I loved the facilities for families.; pull out couch, full fridge, sink, closet, pool, entertainment room, etc. The breakfast was more than I expected with the pancake maker, yogurt, and juice.
The rust in the bathroom sink and smelll from faucet. Seemed a little outdated.

The room was spacious.
The air conditioner stopped working. The toilet was really dirty. There was a faulty light outside my room and the front desk guy put a box over it. The pool was really cloudy.

The beds were comfy, activities for the kids, and a nice restaurant just across the street that delivers.
Rooms are a little small for a family of four for more than a couple nights.
