It was dirty and alot of broken things in the room, got switched to a new room and half the stuff in the room did not work. I don't understand how they can even be open. Left within a hour of checking in to find a better place for my kids.

I read all the reviews about the smell and thought, “it can’t be that bad.” Boy was I wrong. However weird you think it can smell it’s much worse.

Disgusting room with broken furniture. Other people making noise all night long 2-3 am. Broken TV as well as a broken remote. I had to unplug the TV to turn it off because they had no batteries to fix the remote. No controls on the TV itself so it was worthless. We have made a formal corporate complaint.

No towels or washcloths or mat had to go to front desk for these items. at 10pm the whole entire hotel smelled like weed. No breakfast or coffee to speak of and spiders or bed bugs had to ask for a clean set of sheets too.

Room could have been cleaner

got sent to room with someone’s stuff first then the next room was horrible. very soiled bedspread and sheets some looked like someone went to bathroom on them. there was 1 towel and one hand towel in bathroom and nothing else. no shampoo or anything and was told it’s been out of stock when we went to desk for some nobody could take a shower. there were no cups or bag for ice and ice container was moldy!! also dirty toilet and pieces of stuff/food all over floor!
