The variety of breakfast could have been better I expected some different things from one day to the next

The location was great. Lots of stores and restaurants

No internet access. The pool had so many chemicals it burned my kids eyes. And there were roaches in the room. Had to leave in the middle of the night and ask for a refund. The staff was very understanding though

The outlets by the beds,you couldn't plug in a charger without them falling out. Slight rust above bathroom door on inside

I like the hotel was very clean from the entrance to the elevator. To the hallway in the room and the room itself Room 210 was very clean. The staff was accommodating when I asked him if they could clean the room in the afternoon. Which I like. The breakfast was good but it was the repetitive continental breakfast but can't complain it was still fine. The location was perfect right off the highway of 26 conveniently located. The staff was extremely friendly. The cute add-on was the complimentary chocolate chips cookies and bottled water.

The one thing that I dislike was the hair dryer in my room needed to be changed. But once I called downstairs the concierge found one for me and I was able to drive my hair after I washed it. I also dislike that none of the plugs in the room fit my cell phone plug so there was really loose. So if they would change the size of the plugs on the walls it would be great in the bathroom the nightstand in between the bedroom and the desk in the bathroom so other than that everything else was fine
