The price was fair.

I had to change my own dirty sheets from the previous guest. Bathroom old and walls filthy. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed very uncomfortable

Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Location was great. Shower was great. No noise.

Everything was very nice. Staff was always welcoming and friendly each time we interracted. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and comfortable.

The lady at the desk was unable to tell us where the room was. We arrived late and had to look for the room. She said it was out front when in fact it was around back and on the opposite side from where she said. Our second night there we got to the hotel at 9:00 p.m., and the door to the room next door was wide open. In the morning, it was still wide open. Apparently no one had gone to have a look to make sure everything was closed up.

The staff members worked with me when I had one too many bookings. The location is good for us to visit with family. All our favorite places are nearby.

located in a central area easy to get to all the waterfalls and things the town has to offer. Room was clean, bed was comfortable , staff was very nice and helpful.

The water in shower does not get hot . It’s a luke warm at best. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

We found breakfast sandwiches in the fridge which was a nice surprise.

The first room we were sent to was not cleaned. Both beds were unmade. It was late, about 11pm, so I had to walk back to the check-in window and wait in the cold for the staff to appear and get us a different room. The woman was very nice and apologetic though.
