The breakfast was very good. My 6 year old and 16 year old liked the options. They were very aware of allergies and my 16 year old who has them was able to eat. My 6 year old loved the pancakes!

When we tried to watch TV it wouldn't change channels and the remote didn't seem to work. Good thing I had remembered to bring my daughters tablet. Also there was one lamp that didn't work. Otherwise everything else was good.

Hot Tub was out of service and the pool was very cold. Rooms were okay, but definitely need some TLC.

This was 1 of 2 nights stay for our trip. This review is fir the 1st night stay. The gal at the front desk was amazing! And we had a great room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was your normal hotel continental breakfast.

The gal at check in on our second night stay which was a few days later. Very snooty and seemed she was done " peopling" for the day.

It was easy to find and the breakfast had good choices.

It was not very clean. At first glance it appeared clean. Behind the bathroom door it was disgusting, looked like no one had bothered to sweep or mop for years. The carpet was buckled and dirty. The pool area was downright scary!! The vents were clogged tight with dust and rust. There was so much condensation that the windows were about to fall out of their frames and the ceiling was falling down too! The pool security exit door did not have a latch, so it couldn’t be locked or secure! Anyone aware of that could come right in from outside! The sidewalk out that door hadn’t been shoveled so no one could get in BUT if there was an emergency no one could get out either!!

Good breakfast, and everything I asked for (if there was milk to drink, where was the knifes, etc) the staff pointed out, or brought for us fast and with a smile.

There were no negative events during our stay.

Hot breakfast was good again, after only a package breakfast one year ago.

Room needed more/brighter lighting.
