No exhaust fan in bathroom

our room had bugs in both beds. had to move rooms and went from from a 2 queen room to a king room, putting 3 people in 1 bed. great job accommodating and getting a new room but still had to pay for a 2 queen room

I was having trouble booking online so called the property. I was required to enter my credit card with my phone and it was not recognized. tried three times, three different ways and still no success. I was directed to the front desk and when I had to press a number to get there it was not recognized either. I eventually booked through an app which was cheaper than the quote I received at the property?

the suite we had was tiny, dirty, and smelled funny. it was not a suite, it was a room. No suite is that small!

Beds were comfortable, nice clean room, and hot tub was great, and open 24 hrs. Breakfast was great and awesome staff serving it
