The staff were amazing. I got a room close to an exit which made it easier with my dog.

It was more expensive than some others.

Beds clean and comfortable

Room 316 right by elevator and faced very busy highway with excessive road noise which woke me up several times during the night. Also, parking lot light shone directly into the room.

The fact that I was so close to down town for a Concert . Would have made it so easy to get to my venue

I made arrangements to stay at this hotel with booking.com did not realize that if something happened with my venue that was Scheduled same night of my stay that I would not get my money back ... well needless to say Paul Stanley of KISS fell sick with the flu 🤧. Knoxville TN Concert was canceled. I thought that Booking.com would help me but only told me I would have to call staff at the hotel were I had made arrangements with Booking.com.. staff would not move my stay date to another day or Reuniverse my money.. pretty sade that a Establishment that has more money than I do could not make arrangements with me no better than that ... so sad 😞

Breakfast should have been included for the price. The beds were too high for a handicap accessible room.

Clean, it was at a convenient location. My grandkids enjoyed the pool.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair on the side of the tub.
